Cannot recommend Sakura Ridge highly enough. The room and entire property was beautiful, clean and so relaxing. Brennan was an INCREDIBLE host and chef. The breakfast's he made for us each day were so thoughtful and delicious and something we looked forward to each morning. We also had him make us a private dinner one night which was an awesome experience from start to finish. We already cannot wait to go back again.

Stunning lodge and farm! Sakura Ridge provided the most relaxing vacation I've ever experienced. The luxurious bedding and amenities, and Chef Brennan's five-star meals made this trip unforgettable. Starting the morning on the balcony with a cup of coffee (and every milk alternative option imaginable!), views of Mt. Hood and grazing sheep felt truly magical. Chef Brennan's talent shines through in his delicious vegan and vegetarian options, as well as the picnics and charcuterie platters he prepared. The incredible views from every window added to the charm. One of the drinks we enjoyed was made from the farm's pears, and I'm already planning to purchase some for home. The location is ideal—secluded for privacy and tranquility, yet close enough to town and the Fruit Loop for easy excursions. We're already planning our next trip back in the fall!

Happened upon this hidden gem while looking for a quick weekend away in Hood River. From the initial call to check on reservations, you could tell it was going to be special. The customer service/hospitality was outstanding - and that was even before arrival. You wind down a gravel road and are met with the most amazing view of Mount Hood while being surrounded by greenery, orchards, gardens, sheep and chickens! We were welcomed by the host with a delicious pear drink and given a tour. The lodge is beautifully updated and cozy. The room was great with a private little patio overlooking the mountain. The bathroom had heated floors, a bidet toilet seat, and some of the best views in the house!

All that being said, my favorite part might have been the breakfast! After being offered a selection of four or five amazing options, I decided on the french toast, which I typically wouldn't order, but it sounded too good not to. Service started with fresh orange juice and a green smoothie (so I could pretend to feel healthy before the french toast arrived). Then, fresh cheddar scones...a strawberry and cream dish...the the most mind-blowing challah french toast that was like a magical custard dessert with a rhubarb and cream topping. 10 stars. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful, cozy place to stay.

Sakura Ridge stole our heart--it was the nicest inn we have ever visited. Our room was fresh, modern, and appointed with super high-end linens. The view of Mount Hood from our patio was postcard worthy. The grounds were a picture-perfect setting with flower gardens, vegetable gardens, birds, butterflies, sheep, and even a family of California quail that would parade around the grounds in the late afternoon. Our host was gracious and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Chef Brennan served an amazing breakfast that I cannot even describe. It was more than breakfast--it was a breakfast experience! Thank you, Sakura Ridge, for an incredible and memorable stay.

Awesome lodge and farm. Only 5 rooms, so very intimate experience. Brennan was super kind and made amazing breakfasts. Quite place but only 10-15 minutes from town. 2 nights seemed right for us, spent more time in town when family joined us at Hood River.

Beautiful and secluded agriturismo-style lodge on a working farm and orchard with stunning views of Mount Hood from every direction. Guests can enjoy the views from their rooms, the many porches on the property, even from the bathrooms furnished with soaking tubs and toilets with heated seats. Private dinners can be booked starting in May. Meanwhile, there are many choices for restaurants in nearby Hood River. Breakfast is made-to-order with vegan and vegetarian options. We especially enjoyed the Persian-inspired omelette, chia seed pudding and the warm biscuits with homemade blackberry jam. Organic ingredients are either grown on the farm or sourced from local farmers.

Every detail was perfection. From the gracious welcome by Evan with a glass of Nashi sparkling cider in hand to the gourmet breakfast the next morning it was an oasis. No expense has been spared in taking Sakura Ridge up to the next level. Have visited over the years and always found it to be wonderful. Now it is sublime. One night stay mid week and had the entire lodge to myself. ||My breakfast choice of Kuku Sabzi (Persian herb and leek frittata) accompanied by warm buttermilk biscuits and citrus salad with warm honey dressing was entirely satisfying.
