If you're looking for the most delicious & prettiest food for your event - look no further, Sage Bleu Catering is the company to go with. Lavonne was an absolute joy to work with from day one. She met with me to go over my vision, our menu, what kind of dinner service we wanted, display options for our appetizers, you name it she covered it all. Being a bride who is also in the event industry & having planned thousands of weddings before my very own, the expectations were high. Food was of high importance to my husband and I. We wanted to be sure our guests would leave happy & delighted in every bite that the partook of! Needless to say Lavonne did not disappoint. Our appetizers were a hit and so was everything that followed thereafter. Her team was a dream to work with, fast, efficient and so friendly. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better team to Create the best food for our big day! We went to Canon Beach to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. We rented a house and had Sage Bleu act as our personal chefs for the night. Lavonne was simply the best. They brought everything in and helped us to celebrate a special night. It is something that my family will remember for ever. I can’t recommend Lavonne and Sage Bleu highly enough. It was a great choice having Lavonne be a part of my 2018 Networking Night for Conscious Women in Business event! She came up with the idea of having a Cinco-de-Mayo-themed light bites spread to feed 70 people and even creatively included essential oils from another vendor at the event. She offered us: Vegetable Empanadas, Beef Empanadas, Mini Mexican Street Corn Salad, Shrimp Guacamole Bites, Mexican Pulled Pork Sliders, Black Bean Sliders, a Lavender-Infused Lemonade, and a Strawberry Mint Lemonade. While I was busy managing the event, Lavonne set up all the food and drinks beautifully and cleaned up afterwards without supervision. I loved her creative spark, organization and detail, and giving nature. She was also very easy to work with. I highly recommend her services!

They were upfront about cost and helped us stay within our budget. Getting everything ordered and ready for our day and deciding our menu and catering options was so easy because the team at Sage Bleu is expertly communicative. They were prompt in response and genuinely seemed excited for our big day. The food was otherworldly. They use locally sourced ingredients and a seasonal menu. No guest left our wedding hungry. I have used Sage Bleu catering for more than one private event at our home in cannon Beach. Their food is not only aesthetically gorgeous, but everything is always so fresh and delicious.
