We are presently parked at Safari ( 10/2024) have been for 3 years. We have parked at many RV Parks and Safari may be older.. but it is quiet and Steve Cordova the manager is Fantastic.
Lot rent will be $477.20 on 1/2025 which is on the low end in Casa Grande.
You pay your APS electric.

I grew up in this park. My grandfather lived here my whole life. I have such great memories here with my entire family. He’s home was always so pretty and clean and the yard was the best I’ve ever seen. Something new to see in the yard with every visit. When he passed away it was sad to see it all go. But I think the worst part was, that someone stole items off of his trailer that he had hung outside. Three things were taken that meant a lot to our family. So please watch your belongings in this place. Your neighbors aren’t as friendly as they seem.

Very quiet gated park. Great management. Marilyn is a gem! Older park but very well kept and maintained. We love it here. New employee keeps grounds beautiful. Improving the park daily! These pictures don't do it justice.

Lived in AZ in 70's & returned in 2010. Casa Grande reminds me of what AZ was like in 70's & this park is perfect for snowbirds looking to get out of snow without breaking the bank! Sure it needs some work but the snowbirds & a few fulltime owners make it enjoyable! I owned a trailer here for few years but cost wise didnt make sense since we only were there for 3-4 months but had to pay lot rent the full 12 months! So we bought a motorhome ( we had 5th wheels prior) so we can use it 12 months out of year & go other places. But intend on snowbirding here for 3-4 months in MH.
Other parks it's like a competition who has the bigger better etc & snobs. Laughable how these pricey RV parks are & the people look down on trailer parks but to ignorant to realize that pricey RV park is just a Trailer Park also😊

Worst mobile home park I've been to. Dirty, plain landscape. Multiple sexual offenders close by. Unsightly homes and nosy neighbors. Loud all the time at all hours. Manager and employees are very mean and lazy. Drug dealers everywhere, behind a dirty bowling alley with a bar. Drunks jump the fence and pee on the houses and leave trash. Possible multiple murders in the area. .

Lovely set up. My folks live here and they have been kind to them. Most everyone waves and I've meet plenty of nice old folks there! Lol.

Went to visit family. The new manager was very confrontational and wanted to fight. I would not recommend buying or visiting this place unless they get rid of the current manager.

Very quiet peaceful and secure community. We have a friend thay lives there and my husband is helping him out. We are also looking to see if we can't get a place there.
