very slow freight service for the villages, unreliable information all the time. Have freight sitting in a another place for 2wks now they saying another 2 wks. Western Alaska will always be left out (yukon region)

Been waiting on my Groceries for a week I called on Monday and I'm told call back. Then I was told we moved you to priority well that's was Wednesday. I called Thursday and Friday no proper response about when my Groceries will come- so I called on Saturday and was told oh 2 flights will be there today 🙃 thats true but they never sent my Groceries. Tomorrow is Monday. All my Groceries will be bad if I don't get them here soon. I asked for a manager and was told call back. Business is business and this is not good business.

Priority shipping is a waste of money with this airline. I paid for an outboard motor to be shipped to me in Gambell from Fairbanks via NAC and Ryan Air. NAC shipped the outboard to Nome on their first available flight on Saturday. Monday morning Ryan Air said they'd ship it out the next morning but when I asked them the next day they changed their answer to the next days morning flight. So I called again and they said it PROBABLY might go out on their last flight of the day, so I hoped it would finally arrive. Later that day the local Ryan Air agent calls and tells me they are bringing in my outboard motor so I went to pick it up at the airport when they arrived. Guess what, no outboard motor came out of their plane. So much for paying a premium on their Priority shipping.
