We have driven passed Rutherford Grill numerous times and decided to make the stop for dinner! Reservations made online were efficient and availability was pretty open, even for a last minute plan on Valentine's Day.

We arrived for our reservation and had a few minute wait for the table; however, it was reasonable. We were seated in a great booth and the service was incredible! Ali, our server, was probably the best server we have ever had. She was friendly, prompt in taking our order, timed our food well, and routinely changed my martini glass for a cold one (woo hoo!).

We had a delicious main course and drinks. The wedge salad was a little odd with a thousand island style dressing and carrots (wouldn't eat this again).

The ambiance was warm, California-style dining that made you want to sit and talk. I loved it and would go back again and again! You won't go wrong choosing Rutherford Grill for dinner.

Don’t bring your kids here. They don’t even have a high chair for a 1 year old. Some lady got mad about my kid touching the blinds. Wouldn’t have happened with a high chair. No towels in the Men’s room after we eat to dry our hands. This isn’t the fine dining they think they are to be this way about kids. Do better Allison. Only positive was our server was very friendly.

We made in impromptu stop over for lunch after wine tasting at St. Supery. We were warmly greeted by the host and shown to our seats within minutes. The ambiance was inviting and cozy. There was a wide variety of food options to cater to those with varying dietary preferences. I highly recommend Rutherford as one of your visits when in town.

Wonderful food, drinks and service. Stopped here for dinner with a friend after wine tasting. The grilled artichoke is a must order and the Caesar salad with rock shrimp is delicious!!! Don't forget to order a cappuccino! A huge shout out to Daniel, who is an amazing server. He knew the menu and was accommodating to preferences and very attentive. Rutherford is my new number 1 restaurant.

Honestly, Rutherford Grill exceeded our expectations! For many months I’ve been recommended Rutherford Grill and just hadn’t made it up. This time, three of us went and only had good things to say.

We ordered the burger which was incredible, the Kale and Caesar Salad, the chili, and the Caesar. Everything was so good and the CROUTONS - AMAZING!

I think Hillstone is one of the finest restaurant operators in the country. Casual elegant atmosphere, reasonable prices, good food and service.

We ordered a special grilled artichokes 5/5, Caesar salad 4.5/5, knife and fork ribs 4.5/5, trout with rock shrimp (trout 4/5 rock shrimp 5/5), and Oreo sandwich with ice cream 4.5/5.

Very good cocktail, wine, and beer choices.

This place is great, 4th visit in recent years. The menu is easy, the drinks are bountiful and the atmosphere is chill and cozy. Service is always good as is the food.
