I would like to thank Rachel and her team leader( I am sorry that I forgot her name ) but you guys always have great vibes and honestly since I started going to this coffee shop I don’t want to go anywhere else. First time in, got a yummy loaded burrito, a sludge cup, and a chocolate muffin. The barista at the window was super sweet and gave my dog a treat. However I will not be returning. The compostable cups they use failed on me and I had the entire contents of a 20oz hot coffee spill directly on my lap. After I managed to pull over and deal with everything, I looked at the cup and I still can’t get them to seal back together. Sorry rush coffee, everything else is amazing but that alone just now from the burn is enough to never come back. I won’t down rate the food or service so atmosphere gets a 1 for the cup.

This place used to be good but they have had a steep drop in quality!! I will not be wasting my money there anymore. My Panini is barely toasted! The bread feels soggy and I'd forgive you if you mistaked the drink for being a latte But it's actually supposed to be a "frappe", as you can see there's literally no ice...

Just wanted to come on here and say rush is the best no other place I would rather stop to get breakfast and a coffee in the morning thank you guys for always having a smile on your Face and never letting down when it comes to quality and customer service. To Rachel and Nelly, you guys are the bomb just so happens. You too are there almost every time I come through the drive-through keep up the great work.!!

Moving to Alaska we weren’t familiar with coffee huts. We were used to Starbucks and Dunkin being on every corner. With that being said Rush has hands down been my go to place since moving here. The staff is great, the food delicious and my son LOVES their hot cocoa. At times you do have to wait in line awhile but let it be known that they are working hard and running around getting drinks and food ready as quickly as they can! I couldn’t recommend Rush enough!! Rachel is an absolute doll! She remembers my order every time I come through. She even remembers I take oat milk! When I haven’t been in a while, she makes sure that I know my absence has been noticed. 🥹 Such a sweet group of baristas with an amazing dirty chai latte!
