The server was great and on top of things like drink refills and the check when we were ready to go.

Unfortunately the food was just really not good. I ordered the chicken parmesan and the chicken had a hard crust and the pasta sauce was very thin and overly sweet. Someone else got the chicken mac and cheese and it's the same overcooked chicken patty sitting in a bowl of what kind of looks like Velveeta mac and cheese. My husband got a burger and said it tasted like rubber.

Brittany is a very good waitress. She had no control over the unsatisfactory steak, which didn't seem like ribeye because of all the tough fascia.

Slowly going downhill....
Our server, Melissa, was the best one out of this crew. We noticed she was attentive to each table. She served without showing any anxiety over the rest of the staff seemingly doing very little.

We waited several minutes to be greeted at the door. The hostess was in no hurry.

We had not-so-fresh garden bar and only One dish from menu. I was finished with my salad way before the pasta dish was delivered. While the server was working hard to take care of her tables, another team member was walking slowly around the dining room. Where's the team work?

Melissa, I hope everyone sees all your efforts and the attitude in which you serve. Your service is the only reason Enterprise Ruby Tuesday is getting above 2 stars.

I ordered a $28 plate, but if I wanted to add cheese and bacon to my baked potato, it would cost an extra $1 for each. The beer was warm. The boneless wings were chicken nuggets only bigger with Buffalo sauce. The cook did a really good job considering the subpar meats they had to work with. Everything on the menu is insultingly overpriced.

The salad bar was delicious. The steak kabob plate was plenty. I would have given it a 5 star if I could have had the steak cooked the way I like. They only offer it cooked "medium." My husband said he wished the steak had a seasoning on it.

Ordered steak and mashed potatoes through door dash with a drink. Steak was way overcooked for a medium rare and no drink was delivered. To top it off no silverware provided. I mean thanks for the straw and all but I wish I had something to wash down the shoe. 35 dollars down the drain.

My family and I decided to have lunch after church. Our server was forgetful and not exactly attentive. I ordered a 6 Oz steak which came out over cooked and was so small it looked like a steak strip. My dad ordered shrimp to go with his steak which he did not get but was charged for it. The server forgot drinks and was slow on refills. While we were waiting on our food another server was fussing about her table and how she was not going to accommodate near comers. She said loudly that the guest was to big to sit with them at their table she would have to sit at a table beside them. I mean back in the day Ruby Tuesday was the place to be. But now..I'll pass. I'll eat Mcchicken from McDonald's before I come back
