Everything seemed great. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Paid for a river view and got a corner view. And while I understand the irony that we did technically get a view or glimpse of the river, when you specifically pay extra for a view, you should get that view...
The purpose of this trip was to support my 28 y/o son who was having open heart surgery. The hotel was the perfect quiet location to unwind after visiting the hospital. It was a great meeting space for out of town family (9 in our party) to enjoy dinner at The Osprey and to come together beforehand.

Usually not a big hotel person, but Ruby River really impressed me. The room was clean and spacious with a fresh, modern interior design. Super convenient to get around, and the river trail next to the hotel is perfect for walking or hiking. The pool and outdoor hot tub looked great too, though I didn’t get a chance to use them. Helpful and welcoming staff. Plus it’s dog friendly for just $25 a week. A really comfortable and enjoyable stay, I’d definitely come back!

1 small issue, we weren't able to get in our room until almost 4:30 but other than that this was an AMAZING stay. Walking distance of the convention center. Beautiful poolside room. Pool and hot tub area is a 10 star out of 5 area. Friendly staff, helpful and courteous. A place where the employees seem well taken care of and that matters a lot to me.

Very nice hotel, quiet even in its location. Super friendly staff. Beautiful view of Spokane River and such a lovely walk on the Centennial trail. My only complaint is upon checking into our room there was a soap bar left from the previous guest in our shower, stains on the towels, and hair in the bathroom sink.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised during our stay at the Ruby River Hotel. The property has been nicely updated, was clean and well maintained, and best of all had friendly and attentive staff. They have a great location on the Spokane River that is close to Gonzaga University and Downtown Spokane; they even lent me a bicycle so I could ride with my daughter on the Centennial Trail. I feel this location provides great service at a good value and we look forward to returning.

This stay was due to my husband having cataract surgery. The location was perfect with easy access to the eye clinic where we needed to be at 6:30 am. We enjoyed the Osprey restaurant for our meals, and the quiet atmosphere of our room for us to relax and just rest. It was so nice to just be and not have anything to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this property.

Ruby River Hotel is a great place for any kind of stay. They have great amenities, service, and very nice customer service. It has everything you need for a relaxing and nice chill hotel vibe at an amazing price point. Especially being close to the riverfront and very nice trail near the river.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and very accommodating. Absolutely gorgeous and very convenient location. The restaurant was delicious and had great prices. I will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommend.
