I loved staying here. The building was well maintained. The rooms are, in my opinion, perfect. They are exactly what you need. Nothing more, nothing less. Simple, minimal, modern design. Plenty of natural light. Tall ceilings. They are small, but don't feel small. The bed is a little on the hard side, but that's how I like it. I slept in too late to comment on the breakfast. Check in and out were, as promised, totally automated. Just punch in the codes for the front door and your room. Easy. I contacted the staff about one small issue via the text support number and Chris was very nice and helpful. I even met him in the lobby later that day. I would 100% stay here again. My stay had the feeling of having my own tiny apartment for a couple days rather than sleeping in some assembly line hotel. I wish more hotels were like this.

My first time staying at a hotel alone! Best place to do it! Cute micro-suite. I fell in love. Everything you need! Microwave, shower, kitchen sink, toilet, nice size comfortable bed, mini fridge, closet, cupboards, desk. Complimentary breakfast! Very secure building. Felt very safe.

The rooms are very sparse and utilitarian. It is a good deal for the price and it's not too far away from the restaurants and nightlife in Seattle. I was surprised to see that they did not have a/c, not even a window unit! All they had were these small window fans that you have to place on the windows yourself. Overall it was very clean and nice. Took a star away for lack of a/c.

The whole experience was great. I will try and come back each time I stay in Seattle. This room had everything I wanted for a good price.
The views were excellent! The breakfast was delicious. I loved the kitchen too! Perfect for singles or couples, no kids.

Excellent location and private rooms with good sound insulation. A great place to have it all and be within walking distance of everything on Capitol Hill. Rooms include private toilet, shower, mini fridge, microwave, sink, lots of shelves, and comfy bed with good-quality linens and blankets. Recommend highly for short-term stays!

So 5 stars because this place is exactly what you need and no more. It's cheap, clean, and located in a great spot. Read the description, the rooms remind me of some European hotels with just a bed, desk, shower, toilet, all crammed into a small space but with room to move about. It's all automated so just walk in with the codes and go to your room. They have open kitchen facilities and a decent free breakfast.

this place is perfect for my vacation needs. the place is quiet and clean, with a very nice staff person present during the day. the rooms are cozy and perfect for a two week stay, as is the location and price, beating out nearly every hotel in central Seattle that I could find. there is no parking, but at night the street is free and the day parking on the street is no charge unless you park more than two hours, which is not a big deal if you're out and about most of the time.

I loved this place! It's really neat and unique. The rooms are stylish and small, but the use of space is very efficient and the room feels big enough. The bed was so comfortable and they had a great selection of pastries for breakfast.
