I’m not a very adventurous eater but my wife really wanted to try out Rowena’s, after we’d been to previous versions of this restaurant by different owners. I’d never had Philipino food before but we tried several items (egg roll like appetizer, chicken with “glass”? noodles and pork belly with rice).

The service was great. The ladies working there (owner?) were so incredibly helpful and sweet. Food took a minute to arrive but everything was hot and fresh when presented.

I’m sure my wife will want to go back and I’ll probably grab an “American” dish 😉

First time here today and my friend and I were very impressed. The food was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restroom was clean and well decorated. We will definitely be back. I strongly recommend this place.

Very clean and open area for seating with booths, tables and small counter for seating. Very bright lighting.

Quick friendly service, but food takes a bit to cook, it is made to order.

They have a sink outside the restroom to clean hands, I always like that!

My wife got Paksiw na Pata, she enjoyed it. I asked for wings well done, they were pretty solid, came with hot sauce and a smoked honey mustard.

Had a great lunch! I'd never had Filipino food before and have wanted to try it for years. When I saw there was a place serving it so close to home, I had to give it a try. I was not disappointed. Everything was great, both my son and I were thrilled. I'm also told their breakfast items are great, too, so I'll need to come back for that!

Great (New) place. Wonderful service and great people.

All the meals are made fresh to order, so if you want to adjust something just tell her and she can arrange that without any but’s or if’s.

The food was beyond fantastic. For a diner in Imperial I was pleasantly surprised with not only the flavor but also the presentation. While it is a bit pricier than your average diner it is more than made up for in the flavor and experience. Rowena was cooking in the kitchen and her husband helped us initially. She came out several times to check on us and make recommendations. She is incredibly nice and we really hope this business makes it. We will be back for sure. Cannot recommend this place enough.
