Came here to get some work done and was not disappointed. The baristas were lovely and helped us out with the menu. Our drinks came out quickly and were fantastic. The environment is calming, and the seating area was clean. We will definitely be back!

Super sad. We went today for the first time 3/31 around 1:45 pm so excited from all the reviews. Unfortunately for us we didn’t get the great customer service experience especially even after I stated it was our first time. Even the barista in the background looked at us as if we were such a bother. And that’s to say we were the only customers in drive thru (so not busy to use the excuse they were under pressure). The walk in gentleman who showed up way after we placed our order drove off before we got our pastries. I can only say the drinks are good. But the service is nothing compared to the Lifeline Coffee and Wake Up Coffee crew.

Modern industrial style but cozy coffee shop. Baristas have usually been cheerful (they're human & no one can be chipper 100% of the time) & with the vast majority of places in that area of Richland being business/fabrication/manufacturing buildings, it is nice to have a place for a quick bite & coffee or smoothie.

I love this place! The coffee is amazing, the food is great! (Although I miss the waffle breakfast sandwiches desperately!) And everyone who works here is always so kind and happy to help. Repeat customer for life ❤️

As an occasional visitor to Richland, I'm not a frequent patron of Roscoe's, but they quickly became my 'go-to' coffee shop when I'm there. I usually get a hot mocha, and they've been consistently tasty and not too sweet. The service has been uniformly friendly and efficient, and they handle special requests with grace and efficiency.

I stop here almost every morning on my way to work. Typically my drink is already made by the time I get to the window as they see my car pulling in. Every single person that I've met has become my friend and it brightens my day to see all of their beautiful faces!!
