It's a beautiful location, clean, and well
Maintained property. The access code made it easy to enter the condo, and it had a fantastic view from the bedrooms.
It would be great to get a site map or put some signage out front. Finding the property is complex, and Google Maps takes you to Rosario Hotel Spa, which is closed. There isn't anyone around to ask, and you have no cell service to call anyone.
Otherwise, it was a good place to relax and unwind.

An excellent place to stay, especially for divers! Tranquil bay down the hill and then an easy walk to your larger than average room.

The grounds are spectacularly beautiful. Nice white chairs on the lawns overlooking the water.

We went during the off-season in late March and the property was nearly unoccupied.

The resort is absolutely amazing. The location is gorgeous with beautiful views around. I opted for honeymoon suite and It had one of the best waterfront views. Property is also big, lots of points to roam around and sit and relax. Mansion was closed but the pool and the dining area inside looked great. Would definitely want to be back in summer.

There is no staff on site. Reservation process does not tell you this nor does it give you all the information you need for a contactless check in. We took the last ferry into Orcas. No front desk. Called for assistance and received mediocre service and didn't seem to care that it was 11p and we were stuck outside not knowing how to get into a room. Very unprofessional. Airbnb and vacation rental properties have this process figured out and yet here we are at midnight still waiting for the key code to work.

We finally get into the room and it's comfortable with a great view however the process was very aggravating

We loved our stay here! The team went above and beyond to help us move into a new room seamlessly (we wanted the view), and were very accommodating. I can’t think of a more stunning location. I don’t know where my expectations were before, but they were blown away by the end of the trip.

Very nice rooms with amenities. Beautiful area. Unfortunately most venues in the area were closed for renovations, but we enjoyed ourselves very much and look forward to returning sometime in the future. So much to see on the island!!

I had no idea how much history was packed into this place until I walked through the mansion. Built in the early 1900s by Robert Moran, a Seattle shipbuilder, it still has so many of the original details—handcrafted woodwork, beautiful stained glass, and even a 1913 Aeolian pipe organ that they still play during live performances.

The views from the mansion are unreal, overlooking Cascade Bay and the marina. Whether you're here for the history, the waterfront, or just to soak in the peaceful island vibes, this place is something special. Definitely worth the visit if you're on Orcas Island!

If you’re heading to the San Juan Islands, Rosario on Orcas Island is a must!! Stayed at “The Roundhouse” and was overwhelmed with all its beauty and charm. Stunning views and great hospitality! Will definitely be back!
