Don't waste your money. I booked through hotels.com. I had originally booked another hotel but something happened with my reservation. This hotel charged me $130 for the night and it's a literal roach motel. It has a strong smell of cleaner or "air freshener" but it makes you nauseous it's so overpowering and disgusting. The property is ghetto and has undesirable characters hanging out and doesn’t feel safe. The pictures make it look decent and like the rooms are upgraded and they are not. The room should have bee. No more than $50. I will warn all people to steer clear of this motel it's definitely not hygienic and not worth the money. I have stayed at many hotels and this is by far the worse

I recently stayed at Rodeway Inn and Suites, and I had a really great experience. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home. Sam at the front desk was super friendly and made checking in a breeze. The location was perfect for my needs, and I appreciated the amenities offered. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!

Worst experience ever. The ceiling in our room was bubbling from water damage, the shower faucet handle was extremely difficult to turn on and off, and the water leaked. The plate that covers the hole where the shower comes out of the wall was not secure to the shower stall exposing the interior of the wall. In the middle of the night we noticed the the shower leaking water at a rapid rate. We asked to gave family located bed to our room and was told that would be no problem. The family member was standing next to me at the time. However, they were placed in a room directly above us. Then, after a long night of wedding preparations, we got to bed late, only to be awakened 1-1/2 hours before checkout to ask if we were leaving to housekeeping could clean. Never again!

Horrible customer service. Wi-Fi not working. I was told bring my device to the front desk so they could help me with my password. No other way they were willing to assist. I was already in my pajamas so no Wi-Fi. Woke up this morning turned on the shower , no hot water . The housekeeper opened the door while I was in the shower even though I had the deadbolt on. Also my neighbors upstairs must be a couple of horses as they trotted over my head all night. Rowdy drunk bunch in the parking lot around 2 am. Never again. I should be paid for the horrific experience.

Sam , checked me into the hotel , he was was respectful and professional , good sense of humor . As a contractor coming from Orange county to do work in Canyon Lake , the only place I will stay at is the Rodeway Inn . And they don't price gouge

Sam at the front desk, is great, very nice and positive attitude. I've stayed here a few times and every room has its goods and bads. Wish it costed a Lil less, but it is what it is.

The room was absolutely horrible. The flooring was incomplete and there were large gaps in between floor planks. There was something nasty left in the sink by the previous people. The towel rack next to the bathroom sink was broken and dangling off the wall. And the couch we needed for the pullout bed was absolutely disgusting. The room looked like an unfinished project. I will turn everyone away from this hotel.
