Loud people being put next to my room ..and today is my last day staying here . I got a going away present it was looking right at me .....thought I would take a pic I can not spend anymore of my hard earned money here.. Thanks team .you been nice fare well ..

The room was very clean & comfortable beds , customer service was amazing! All workers were nice to us I would definitely recommend this room & will be coming back very soon for my next stay. It’s a good hotel for families & friends I will be recommending mines!

Worst stay I have ever experienced. First room my heater didn't work in room 208, so they put me in room 207 after looking at a few rooms that also had heater issues. Upon waking up to take a shower, the shower head in 207 didn't work properly, so they had me use the shower in room 202, which also hardly worked. To make it even worse the front desk person n the morning couldn't understand why I was upset and acted like an asshole towards me. When I called him out, he said you were complaining first. I let them know it was because I had a reason to if you are not providing what was paid for. What you are doing is just giving bad customer service.

For anyone thinking of coming here do not. Just pay about $10 more and use the red roof inn around the corner, which is what I will be doing.

BE CAREFUL! THEY DOUBLE CHARGED THE ROOM SO YOU PAY DOUBLE TO PRICE. Be careful and check your credit card if they refunded the amount.

I needed a place to stay a couple of weeks ago and this place had decent reviews so I thought that I would give it a try. This was a mistake. I was not acknowledged as a diamond rewards member nor was I given my gift upon check-in. The front desk person basically told me that this location was low end and they did not do that. I should have known not to stay there then but, it was too late to go elsewhere. So, I went to the room and the bedding was damaged, the phone did not work, all of the towels were dirty, and there were dead bugs in the shower area.

When I went to the front desk to tell the man, he did not apologize and told me that he would bring some towels in about 15 minutes. When he finally brought them, well after 15 minutes, I inquired about the phone and asked if he could place a working phone in the room. He kept telling me just to use my cellphone. I told him that I should not have to use my phone and that there should be a working phone in the room. Eventually, he went to get another phone and came back after nearly another 20 minutes. He tried to get the phone connected and then told me that the problem is not the phone but the connection in the wall and that he would have to take apart the wall to try and fix it, so it would have to be fixed the next day.

I just touched out the night because it was too late to try and go somewhere else. The next morning I checked out and called the corporate office to complain. But, it was a waste of time because the corporate office did not care that I wasted my points to stay at this lousy place. So, since my money and points are of no concern to Choice Hotels, I will not be spending my money staying at their hotels again. I will take my money and business elsewhere.

There are plenty of much better hotels around. I only stayed there because I had enough points accumulated and I could use my points for the stay.

Do yourself a favor and learn from my experience. Do not stay here or with any Choice Hotel location!

Big ample room. Although the mattress was too soft, I literally rolled into a to o with my husband.
