Location was great but the rooms were HORRIBLE. Rooms were full of roaches I notified the lady and she didn’t believe me. Even showed her videos and she was still in denial. And she was very rude about the situation

The only thing I can say is that the beds are soft but up way to high.they are open to pets but they don't tell it$20 dollars a night. They will say that you had more than one dog even if someone is coming to see you and they have a dog. Then try and say you took there towels.thay really need to say how much the pet fee is. They want to know what kind of service dog you have and what that dog dose for you and that's not right. No is alone to ask you that by low

There were too many roaches in the room. I checked out immediately. I went to the front desk told the owner and she didn't believe me. They have upgraded the inside,but please call an exterminator. Oh and the rooms are none refundable. All the other hotel were booked. That's the only reason why I went there. Never again. A one night stay with roaches. I don't think so. I was glad to leave that money. My grand baby thought they were spiders. I'd stay at a Pilots or a Loves in my truck overnight before I stay there again.

This is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I mean the absolute worst. I can not even begin to describe to you how bad this place is. So bad I almost canceled work and just went home. I am not a clean freak or get freaked out at crappy places very easily but this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Ever. The people who run it are Indian car sales people. Walked into the office as I was comparing prices from the econo lodge across the street and there and the lady told me 70 bucks. I said to myself no way I am paying 70 bucks plus taxes to stay there. She then proceeded to harass me all the way out to my car about how much money I could spend like I was homeless. I am not homeless I just wanted a cheap clean hotel for the night. Told her I would give her 60 bucks cash and that’s it. She accepted. I went up to the room and this is where the nightmare starts. It was disgusting. Smelled like a strip club. It was the grossest thing I have ever been apart of. You would have to pay me to stay here again. Go across the street from I promise you won’t regret it. They then proceeded to call me broke the next morning for wanting a receipt. Couldn’t believe it. They also don’t speak English.

Want an STD? Here’s your place, because they consider fresh semen and dried blood stains to be their top notch cleanliness. The ac will only “take a few minutes like 20” to cool down the room because apparently according to the manager all hotels leave their ACs off in the dead heat of June in the south. Except it didn’t cool off… it was still 80 degrees in there, with my kids almost passing out and beat red faces and us literally dripping in sweat after 45 minutes when my husband finally complained. They told us they can’t refund us because the room is used. Then the excuse was the ac just takes 20 minutes. Then when I told them the time he tried to say we had been in the room over the policy time. I said what’s that? He said over an hour… I have time stamps, my husband complained at 45 minutes and I did at a little less than an hour. Then the excuse was they have a no refund policy. Then the manager claimed it was her family owned business so she has no policies and that’s why they weren’t posted. Then she said she offered me everything and I stopped her right there because all I wanted was my $77 back. I have plenty of photo and video evidence and have already reported for fraudulent charges to my bank. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

DON’T DO IT! The sign in the front window says “no refunds” but this should be a health hazard or something. The room was DISGUSTING. We walked in checked around the room, the beds, and walked right back out and found a new hotel! They should be ashamed if this is how they run a business!! The pictures speak for themselves. I should’ve took more pictures but we had to get out of that room asap!
