i tried to call this place 8 times to cancel my reservation for july in january and no one answered the first 7 times. the 8th time i called someone finally answered, asked for my first and last name and then asked for me to call back in 2 minutes. once i called no one answered once again. horrible service. if i could rate 0 stars for service i would.

A good location to stay if you're going to knottsburg farm and Disneyland as it is about halfway in between the both.Very pleasant people and very accommodating

We stayed for over a month so my review reflects that in totality. Housekeeping was kind. The property is okay but the activity was questionable. There is no breakfast but there are places to go buy food nearby. The pool is small and you can clean it yourself. The power went out a few different times. The toilet clogs often, it's a plumbing issue not a usage issue. My sheets and blankets had noticable cigarette burns in them but the towels were clean. The room furniture had tagging on it and the wifi only worked 50% of our stay. We had to keep the window open and the fan on because it was quite dusty. The rooms are dated and they do have an ant problem, especially when it rains. There were a few loud arguments outside of our room and unexpected parties during the weekend. We got quite a few unexpected knocks on the door during the night when people got the wrong room, and also homeless people every now and then. Once we came out and there was a man sleeping outside near the stairs. ||All in all, there are more complaints than praise unfortunately. I will say that at the end of our stay, prior to my last reservation I told the front desk that I needed to modify my reservation to check out earlier, he said that it was fine and that his manager would make the adjustments the next day. I informed the manager the next day that I'd be leaving early but instead of modifying it before check in, he kept it as is and charged me the additional night even though I told them that I'd be leaving early. This was an unprofessional cash gravy but as with all mistreatment, I leave it in the hands of Yahweh and forgive them for their greed.

It was the most hotel of all time. There was a bed and a roof over my head it was one of the hotels of all time. -Jared.

Positive: Location Negative: Mold smell from sink drain, a few large cockroaches appeared one day in each room, beds weren't comfortable in the room with 2 queen size beds in it, air conditioner in the room with 2 beds in it was very noisy & loud, fridge door problem.
