My adult daughters and I stayed here as we were wedding dress shopping for my youngest. First I want to say the lady who checked us in was very friendly, service is definitely not an issue we encountered.
However, I would never stay here again. The hotel wreaks of cigarette smoke and musty mildew. The room was dirty, our pillow cases had stains on them, there were cigarette burns in the desk chair and blanket, water stains on the ceiling, and the room was in desperate need of a good thorough clean. The remote didn’t work, the TV was old and had poor sound, the shower screamed when turning the water on, it eventually went away.
The grounds of the hotel are stunning!! I think if this hotel put some money into it would be an amazing place to stay.

Quick stay on a business trip; hotel was very clean and comfortable. Easy on/off access to the interstate with a huge event center on property as well as a variety of offerings for breakfast. Very friendly staff; would stay here again and request a room with a balcony.

Positive: The thing I liked best about the hotel was the customer service from staff. They tried hard, solving every small issue I had which weren?t really issues tbh, things like extra blanket, etc., but you could tell they knew this hotel they worked in was crap. Negative: It?s very obviously a privately run hotel without corporate cleanliness standards. Bed coverlet had actual crusty food stains along with random other large stains, sheets had grease stains and? Mold in the shower/bathtub. Food leftovers in mini fridge.

Nice quiet place. Lady at checkin was friendly. Quick checkin. Thought is closed to freeway, room was quiet. Liked Hardwood floor. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Multiple choice of hot items, cereals, bakery, fruits. Coffee machine with 20+choice of mocha, late,espresso, and hot chocolate. Will stay again.

A poor hotel that hires staff who have no idea how to deal with guests. They asked me for a $100 deposit in case I stole something or if something got lost. I'm not coming back. I still have 4 nights left in California and tomorrow I'm moving to another hotel. Room 115. If I wasn't so tired, I would have left.

This place was great. We weren't totally certain at first, reading a few old reviews, but once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. It turned out the place was under new management and they went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay.

We came at a time we were able to get a room upgrade with a Jacuzzi tub, which was awesome, because I always prefer a place with a hot tub and having it in room meant it didn't close at night, which was wonderful.

The room and facility were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. They even had makeup wipes in the bathroom.

The only reason I gave 4 stars for location, is because it's alongside the freeway with no sound wall. We enjoyed the white noise from the freeway and noticed how muted it was with our window closed, but in the event you're sensitive to noise, it's good to know you will encounter it, at least softly...

At the same time there was ample parking with a good number of trees offering plenty of shade to park in. There's a convenience store close by as well.

Not only did we enjoy our stay there, but we plan to come back. This place was a great find for a good/fair price. I definitely recommend staying here if you come to this area. You won't be disappointed.

Right off the freeway in Rocklin, close to Sierra College. Room rates are more than reasonable and the suites have been newly remodeled. Nice staff especially housekeeping and the maintenance department. Would stay here again. Also kid friendly

Wow if you are ok with with 0 frills and a significant security issue , this is the place for you
The entrance to the second building door is not locked so anyone off the street can enter the hotel at anytime 24//7 go up stairwell to rooms

Can’t even offer hand soap , hand towels or wash cloths .
Forget having coffee in the room / not offered
Bathtub/ shower area was dingy / dirty looking
There was some trash around the perimeter of the landscaping upon arrival and it was still there when we checked out
I may have not even bothered with this review if it hadn’t been for the obvious security issue
This needs to be addressed asap
You can’t leave guests in such a vulnerable situation.

Owners are clearly cheap with basic hotel room necessities, however , security should be their number 1 priority.
