Nice enough place, pretty tight for 41' 5th wheel. Confusing time, mountain or pacific time. We were right next to Colorado river. On the California side. After unhooking noticed I had backed over a couple handful of nails and screws. A neighbor advised that a park model had been dismantled. Advised staff and checked again before pulling out and checked all tires and all is good. Nice park for mile or so hike on Arizona side.

Very nice kept grounds. All hookups seem to be in good working order. Great staff in office, very helpful. Very quiet and not a rowdy place at least where we are located. Has security that I see drives around at night with a golf cart. Actually a very large park from which we take daily drives out into the desert. Great home base to come back to and relax. Alot of nice shaded sites, too! We will be coming back for sure.

Very decent RV park with big trees, full hookups, wifi, pool, hot tubs, laundry, some FT residents. Nice dog walk area. River access for fishing. Mostly good. Only negative was freeway noise. I would camp here again but try to get further from freeway.

We absolutely love this place. We’re full timers and have never had any issues. They’re dog & kid friendly which is extremely important to us. I love that they have a package pickup locker that’s available 24/7. They have shade for almost every lot (except the pull throughs) which is critical for surviving the summer heat!! The river also gives you a cool breeze in the evenings. I do wish the pool had shade over it or was cooled in the summer & that the laundry had credit card options but other than those complaints, it’s excellent. A little on the expensive side but definitely worth it for the security, wildlife, hospitality, shade & amenities. They’re planning to make the river accessible and I’m super excited for that! I recommend this park to anyone who wants a great RV experience.

Rosie was very patient when helping with reservation, as my phone was being uncooperative.

Holiday decorations were festive.

Pool was warm and hot tub was relaxing.

Spacious tile shower stalls and hot water, cleaned daily.

Clean laundry room.

Long Term guest locking mail box and package pickup hub (extra fee).

Nice library (very few DVD's, so I donated a few.)

PRIMO Reverse Osmosis water machine for drinking water ($0.50/gallon).

Friendly atmosphere.

I will return.

We love this place. Beautiful grounds and great facilities. We like to stay here on the way to/from San Diego to break up the trip, but I would definitely head here just to stay a few nights. Only issues are cell reception on the property is terrible and the wifi didn't work even when we paid for it. Just bring some DVDs with you or borrow some from the library.

RV park is between the Colorado River and I8 on the California side of Yuma. Had a site as close to the river as possible but could not really see it due to shrub growth. View may be better in the winter season. Most sites are back-in. The campground has a lot of trees which is great for the summer and why we picked it. Most others in the area are nicer/have more amenities but have no shade whatsoever. Not a luxury resort and a little dated, but everything worked as needed.

We spent 3 weeks here and it was an amazing experience. The sites are a little snug but plenty of room for our 43ft toy hauler. We attended an event for families here and couldn't have been happier with the amazing front staff and even the maintenance staff. Booking online was easy and any questions we had were always quickly answered and addressed. The site amenities were clean and well taken care of as well. It was so nice to stay in an area that had so much for the kids to do and where so kid friendly. Will be making this a place we will happily stay anytime we are in the area!
