We spent 3 nights in rv space #21 right on the water. It was peaceful and quiet. An employee Jennifer was kind enough to let us know about a promotion they were having and we saved some money. She was super friendly and helpful. The grounds, bathroom and shower are very clean and really safe. The sheriff office is close. I will be back.

I had a fabulous experience at RiverPoint Landing Marina-Resort. I was a single female by myself camping. Although I went to college in Stockton, I had never camped there before. The place was clean. The showers and bathrooms were great. I felt safe. The views and the water were exactly what I was hoping for. My only recommendation would have been to have emailed me the code to get in as I arrived after hours and the on call person didn't answer right away. I did get through and it all worked out, but maybe an email with the bathroom & front gate codes could have saved me a little stress. But all in all I loved it and will be back!!

An absolute gem of a place. We stayed here at the start of our road trip from San Francisco to Canada and are yet to beat the kindness and level of facilities that this place had to offer. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and kind enough to find us the best spot available for our night. (We had a lovely chat about the UK as that’s where we are from and she is visiting). We used the laundry facilities, showers and toilets, all of which were extremely clean and made our stay even more enjoyable. Tip - the sites that back onto the water are well worth the money. We spent hours sat watching the boats go up and down the river.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a great site which backed into the lawn area and provided some shade. The staff was very helpful with adding a large step making my access safer into our trailer. To our surprise we enjoyed a free concert on the lawn area right behind our site. We will return.

We ended up arriving just before midnight on 10/06/23 and had to leave the next morning so we did not get to enjoy the resort as much as we would have liked. There were spots along the water, but they were not available. The rest are in a parking lot, and I wasn’t expecting much, but when we got up in the morning, I was surprised at how clean it was. We had a view of the water, a picnic table, and we were close to a path that takes you to a very nice grassy area. There were several benches along the water that were also backed up to the grassy area. It was relaxing to sit for a bit and watch the activity of the boats in the water before we had to take off. Everyone we encountered was friendly. This place was gated with a sheriff on site, and I felt very safe. I will stay here again.

I would go here. Their manager is completely unprofessional. Was in hospital and forgot to pay my bill.||||Why at my boat in front of other comes and says stuff like pay your bill you a fing looser and keeps saying I’m not scared of you then stepped in my face and said hit me hit. Wow this is harbor master and management. As hard as it is to run a bussiness and many people needing job you got small minded people like this representing their bussiness. It’s ok don’t report it they will sweep it under the rug. So support the many camp ground thet talk to there guest with respect and a smile.

Just an overnight but beautiful facility right on the water. Full hookups but didn’t use other services. Will be back.

Don’t go here god forbid your not in hospital with surgery and your late on your bill
The staff will cuss you out and then when you make a complaint. They sweep it under the rug.

Pretty sad that a bussiness would allow their head employee to say things like pay your bill your a looser. A employee below him came and apologized and said he does this with others. Support someplace that treets the customers and guest with respect.

Say stuff like I’m not afraid of you and just hit while his co worker had to step in and hold him back. Plenty of nicer spots that won’t treat you like this.

Go up
