Stopped in for lunch. He had the MacSmashBurger with salad for a side. I did the Tuna Melt and sweet potato fries. Always great weekly specials! Soup too! They know what medium rare is with a burger. Service was good,friendly and attentive. Good choice of beers on tap! Food didn't take real long. Plan to be back for sure.

It’s a nice course but a bit confusing on the layout. It doesn’t follow the traditional course and some course are far from the last one.

They book all their teetimes five minutes apart, I just spent 5 1/2 hours trying to play 18 holes. 2 1/2 hours was sitting behind people waiting for them to tee off. At certain boxes there was three groups waiting ahead of us to tee off, absolutely miserable experience, I will never come back

Food is great. Course on the other hand is BAD! They should name this course Crabgrass Meadows. You can find your ball it's so bad. 🦀 GRASS EVERYWHERE. TEE BOXES, FAIRWAYS AND GREENS. SO 😔

Do not golf here unless you have the ENTIRE day available. This is easily the most poorly managed course I've seen. They book tee times only 5 minutes apart, and they allow groups of 7 and even 8 people to play together. The first thing you'll notice when you arrive is that there is a line of 8 groups waiting to tee off at the first hole. Then once you finally manage to complete the first hole, you will wait 15 minutes to tee off at every single hole for the rest of the course.

The course itself is probably a 3.5 as far as playing conditions. BUT the course is run EXCELLENT. Super good staff and club house. Greens are extremely tiny, fairways are very very tight.

The clubhouse and food was absolutely awesome. Brisket sandwich was phenomenal. My buddy had a burger said one of the best he's ever had. Service was fantastic. Inside was gorgeous.

Played Saturday mid day. We got there super early due to another course cancelling our tee time on us. Spent 3 hrs in the bar with the owner and bartender. Had a great time. Breakfast was great and the bloody Mary’s was really good. The course was in good shape. Nothing too out of place, but I will say this course is in desperate need of a lot of tree removal/trimming. There are a few landing areas in the fwy where the tree canopy is more narrow than the fwy itself. Hitting a good tee shot on the edge of the fwy is penalized. I understand dog legs and being sure to play the correct side of the fwy but this was on straightforward holes. Nonetheless, the course looked good and it was super fun. I have a few comp passes I plan to use in the near future. Good job Rivermoor.

I came here a couple days ago and my bev cart girl Ava was the best! she was always coming by and serving multiple times! I am here today, and these 2 girls have only stopped by once and i have been here for 3 hours. other than that, service is great.

Nice layout, great staff, and bar/ restaurant. The course itself is a bit of a dog track. Greens are far below average, not rolled or trimmed, fuzzy, slow, patchy, damaged, and lead to bumpy non true rolls. Tee boxes have not been seeded or repaired in ages and some are uneven. Fairways are ok. For $20-25 its a decent (3/5 star) value course but for the 40+ mark there are far better courses to play and id say (2/5 star at that price). Carts are old but fine. Sand traps are rock hard virtually unplayable have not been raked all season it appears. Also played an afternoon round and random high school team groups just jumped in ahead of my on multiple holes mid round.

Course has been improved, clubhouse is great, food is good. Salads are really good. Take advantage of one of their specials. Service is always solid.
