The little cabin at Riverhaven is spotless and so comfortable! The view is incredible and peaceful. Coffee, microwave and refrigerator with a small freezer. Sleeps 3 and has Direct TV service. Call or check calendar for reservations. Free Wifi and parking directly in front of cabin. Barbeque also available, porch with seating.

We stayed at the Riverhaven chalet cabin. Everything you need is in the cabin. Spiral staircase to get to the delightful bedroom loft with balcony overlooking the Kenai River. Owner, Cindy, was informative before we arrived and made sure we knew that this cabin had a spiral staircase. The kitchen was very well equipped and the cabin was spotless. The upstairs has one bedroom with 3 beds and a cot in the closet. This cabin has beautiful views from upstairs and down . This is a great location to enjoy everything Cooper Landing has to offer and would make a great home base to go to other locations in the area. They have various size cabins including a very large family cabin

Riverhaven is the perfect place to stay if you want to be in a cabin on the river in Cooper Landing, but you are not there to book a fishing or rafting trip - in other words, just a beautiful relaxing cabin.||My husband and I stayed in the large cabin with the picture window facing the river. Our jaws dropped when we drove up and saw the incredible view. The Cabin was perfect for our needs - big picture windows, wrap around deck, swing closer to the river. It was perfect.||Cabin itself was well equipped and comfortable. Furnishings are a wee bit dated but everything was clean and comfortable. Owner Cindy was great to deal with. We were there for 2 nights and had incredible meals at Kingfisher Roadhpuse and Sackett’s BBQ. Washer/dryer in the cabin was a treat!||I highly recommend this cabin!

An AMAZING stay! We had a group of 11, and stayed for a full week.. My family and I stayed in the large cabin, and our friends stayed in the small cabin. The large cabin sits right on the banks of the beautiful Kenai River. It has a full kitchen and small freezer to store your catch. The bathroom is big and has a large walk-in shower. The living room is large and has comfortable quality furniture to relax in after a log day of fishing. Huge picture windows surround the living room and dinning room and provide nice views of the river. We all gathered for meals and fellowship at the large cabin. The small cabin is quaint and has a bathroom with shower. It is perfect for 4 people or less. Both cabins have nice decks, with the large cabin having a wrap around deck. The owner Cindy was a pleasure to deal with and goes out of her way to ensure you have the best stay possible. I would highly recommend staying at Riverhaven if you are visiting Cooper Landing and surrounding areas.

Clean and unique. We had a great view of the river and a full kitchenette.
Luckily the bathroom is big enough for a pack-and-play so our toddler could sleep in the dark and separate from us. A bit of tin foil on the windows and it's perfect.
Fishing access right off the trail next to the deck was nice. Not the best fishing, but still possible to catch something.
Good location, relatively easy to find.

The upstairs suite was nice, lots of windows. Great reading balcony up there too.
Would definitely stay here again.
*Free WiF works great. They claim satellite TV, but we didn't check it.

My wife and I rented the small chalet, on a recommendation from a local guide. It was perfect. Could fit a couple more people if necessary. Kitchen, full size fridge, shower, walkout deck. There are bigger cabins available, but this one is right on the river. Cindy was very helpful, great communication. Everything was clean. Nice quiet little spot in Cooper Landing. Highly recommended!

We booked the large cabin for the first two weeks of July and enjoyed our visit immensely. The cabin was very comfortable, fully furnished wth free internet and satellite TV. It was fantastic to watch the row boats, rafts and canoes go by, a couple of fish jumping or a bald eagle fly by. Cindy always asked if we needed anything and took time out of her busy schedule to give ideas for seeing the local area. I would recommend staying at her cabins and should we return to the area will ensure we book far in advance as the cabins fill up fast. Great for a couple or family.

It was hard to leave Riverhaven as our experience was unforgettable! We truly felt like it was our own private property directly on the Kenai River. No commercial promotions or crowds - just pure Alaska. Cabin was clean, cozy and very well appointed; the value was second-to-none. Great access for my 82-year old dad. Cindy ensured our stay would be exceptional. Thank you!
