Lived there for more than 2 years. It was nice, peaceful and affordable. Very close to Safeway, some restaurants and just under 3 miles from the hospital. Pretty much close to all necessary business establishments. Linda, the former manager was really nice and was present almost every day. I think she still handles the mail. Until she retired and replaced by Tim. Gloria, the housekeeper does her job really well. She'll clean every corner if you don't stop her. Outstanding. While Tim as a manager was most of the time absent and hard to reach. I could've earned a referral every time a new future tenant comes in and the office was empty and I had to give them his number. A couple of times our power went out, it was Linda who came by to fix it. The rent and laundry prices also went up without any improvements. Tim also deducted half from our security deposit for things we didn't damage and believe still goes within normal wear. I wouldn't have wanted to update my first review, but Tim's management was really upsetting and unacceptable. We're glad we moved out.

Chill place with access to the river. Neighbors are friendly and dogs are welcomed (leashed, of course). Within walking distance to Starbucks, Safeway, and various restaurants and fast food. Also, when the gambling bug bites, you're only a few minutes away from Laughlin casinos.
Almost a 5 star review expect for the sound factor: I could clearly hear a conversation next door early in the morning. Also, you're going to hear traffic zooming by so be okay with that.

Rented for 1 year till I moved into a new home. Linda the manager is awsome and the maintenance man Tim was there in a timely manner .when I had a problem with a drain I clogged.. and the maid sharon went all out to clean up after this old man

This place is Awesome. With a low monthly rate which includes cable all utilities and is also furnished you can't beat this place for this great price! And it's right on the river exclamation point

Can't get management to ever be in the office, return your calls. So they must be rolling in the money and don't need anyone's business these days.

Everyone is friendly. Enclosed area for dog's to be off leash.
