I have stayed here about a dozen or more times- and have really liked it overall, but it has really started to go downhill. Just imagine what a $50-$80 per night with only one night required stay turns into. We have had more and more neighbors staying in rooms nearby that are extremely shady-smoking in their rooms, talking loudly having small parties, and there’s no one on site to monitor it so you have to call every time there’s an issue. It’s one thing when the neighbors and what not are not polite, but getting out to the street your car has become more and more of a concern with personal safety. This last time a group of people somehow made it into the lobby (that weren’t staying there) and were just camped out most of the day. They let a larger group of teenagers in and they were just sitting in the lobby- I presume hiding from the cold. After we left for Thanksgiving dinner, my husband came back and the two men were now fighting in the lobby-one was strangling the other one and barricading the door. He felt very unsafe and there was nothing that he could do other than wait for the slow elevator and call the 800 number and ask for security. They try to make it more secure by having a door code, but it doesn’t stop people from grabbing the door and coming in. As a woman, this feels very unsafe, and I will reconsider staying here in the future. I wouldn’t stay here any longer as a single woman.

Stayed the first week of October with my gf. The apartments are clean, the linens and bedding comfortable and the rooms with lots of light. The AC was fully functioning. The location is one block away from the convention center, two blocks from cute coffee shops and bars and 10 min walk from other downtown spots.
Close to I-90 and a major city bus line.

When I return to Spokane, I'm definitely staying here.

Great little apartments! Super nice for families that require a little extra space. No more expensive than other nice places in the area and you get way more amenities than you would with a hotel. Feels very private, plus it’s in a super central location to event spaces, grocery stores, clothing stores, parks, etc. parking is available right out front (we did get a little bit confused because there was a spot for parking payment but when you walk around to pay it says “no payment required”) getting into the room was a Breeze. Super clean rooms as well! Amazing that there is laundry in the room too. We’re not out here often but if we ever come back to the area we’ll 100% book here again.

Positive: I enjoyed the amenities; full kitchen + washer/dryer Negative: Parking was inconvenient. It would have been nice to have instructions on where to safely park overnight. Open lots with the pay to park felt unsafe for a single woman at night. There are many homeless in the area, and groups that congregate in the area.

Positive: It made us feel safe with the safety measures taken to get to your room. Negative: We weren?t able to figure out how to turn the heat up. Probably used error.

The units are nice and modern. Some appliances are outdated. The spilt hvac they have works really well for the price they charge. Be wary of bugs in the common areas and in the units. I had an issue with a couple of rooms I stayed in. Also mold above the ceiling near the AC. There also seems to be some sort of machine outside the bedroom windows that turns on and runs 24/7, and it's very loud. Management seems to be aware of issues, but don't resolve it right away. If you don't mind pests and loud noises, this place is for you. You're better off at a park than this. ||

Positive: There was almost everything you need for your stay. It was basically a one bedroom apartment. I did have to buy a frying pan to be able to cook but aside from that everything was provided. I would love to stay here again. Negative: There were no staff. Which isn?t necessarily a bad thing but the only reason I put a five in this review. Everything else was amazing and I had a great experience.

Pros: comfy bed, central location, decent amenities
Cons: No parking, so it’s a MAJOR hassle to juggle street meters that max out at two hours - if you stay in for the day, you have to pay $25/day to park in lot across the street. LOTS of road noise (especially at night, with cars street racing), very loud compressor used by offices across the alley, another loud compressor used across the street, intermittent trucks that do some kind of loud loading in the alley. Thin walls/doors. Lousy pillows (so bad that I had to buy one). Very slow coffee maker that automatically turns off after brewing, so you have to keep turning it back on to keep the burner hot.
