Brandie, hubby & daughter are great ppl, if I needed something they wer right there to help, above & beyond, all the food Brandie makes for the pot lucks is fantastic, great ppl stay there as well from all over North America!!! The pool is 89F & Hot Tub is 104F !!!
Handy to Laughlin or Las Vegas if u want!!!
Accommodations wer great as well, clean & handy items to start u off!! My coffee pot wasn’t working right & Brandie replaced immediately!!!
Plus right out ur window is The Beautiful Colorado River!

Another great New Years Eve party for the residents. Lots of food and drink and a great band. We love coming here each year and meeting up with friends at their community room. The pool and hot tub is always sparkling clean. Great bathrooms, showers,and laundry facilities as well. We will be back!

We are making a permanent move to the area after being seasonal workers in the National Parks. We saw this property online and gave it a shot because she offers weekly and monthly rates, plus it's gated which we love. BEST DECISION EVER!!!!! Our unit is not just "furnished," it is FULLY STOCKED!! Down to a crockpot, kiureg, and FULL KITCHEN with utensils. The king size bed is beyond comfortable!!! We are in the middle of the desert, but have amazing A/C!! The unit is super clean and up to date everything. Private beach on the Colorado, pool, clubhouse, laundry room, spa....I could go on and on. Karen definitely knows the hospitality business, and has MASTERED it!! She should seriously be teaching classes on how to run a hospitality business!! We would recommend her property to ANYONE! We literally have worked travelling the country and working hospitality in the National Parks, so we know the business well and this place is a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riverfront Cottages & RV Resort this year. Karen was so accommodating, gracious, and social. Our cottage was stocked with everything we needed and more; plastic containers, mixing bowls, cookware and even a crockpot and blender! The heated pool and hot tub are beautiful and well maintained and you can’t beat the view - the sunsets over Laughlin are spectacular. We highly recommend this resort to snowbirds and vacationers 🏜️

The manager Karen and her husband Wayne are great people they will help you with anything you need while you’re here. Great location right next to the Colorado river with a clubhouse and swimming pool if you don’t want to swim in the river. Prices are fair I highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area.

My husband and I had originally planned to stay here a week, but when a family member needed help, we cut back the time to 4 days, which lost us the weekly discount. After 3 days, my husband liked it here so well, that he wanted to cancel some other things we'd planned so we could stay a whole week. When I asked Karen if we could get the weekly discount back, she said she couldn't because we had reserved thru AirBnb, but then she offered us a very reasonable rate for the 3 extra days. She had also switched us from the apartment in the back to one of the cabins at our request when we arrived. She was so friendly and accommodating. We really liked the heated pool and spa with the river view. It was never crowded when we were there in mid-April. We hope to come again.

PLEASE READ!!! LONG POST BUT WORTH IT!!! PROS AND VERY WORSE CONS!!
Before I begin I will admit I did not do my research on the city but I did read great reviews on the resort on air bnb! The resort was actually very nice and clean and one of the best if not the best resorts I saw in the whole area. The suite was spacious and accommodating to our needs. There was a nice kitchen with just about any dish or appliance you could think of, there were cleaning products and supplies , towels, toilet tissue, clean sheets, good WiFi, nice clean bathroom and shower etc… the only things I saw wrong upon arriving was the Kerig coffee maker did not work, only 2 stove top burners worked, the mop was broken, the couch bed was broken, it smelled that a cigarette smoker had stayed there, and most of the dishes were still dirty or sticky and contained food particles… I know that may sound bad to some but it really wasn’t that bad just a few things that weren’t perfect but what is right? I was still very pleased with the suite and space and accommodations. I reported the things I found the next day to staff who apologized (and I told them it was no big deal bc of how nice everything else was) and they told me they knew of the couch bed being broken and that the guests were responsible for washing dishes when they left is why some of them may not been cleaned properly , which is understandable and completely fine. they also brought an extra cot (which was nice and comfortable ) due to the couch bed being broken that they informed me that they knew of. So fast forward 5 weeks later we had to leave due to unforeseen reasons. Before leaving the suite was cleaned even tho we paid a cleaning fee and everything was left how we found it including over $100 of dishes , cleaning supplies, towels, etc that I paid for and left for the next person to use. Come to find out now others are being told that my family member and I got into a physical altercation trashed the suite, broke the furniture , and stole dishes!! None of this is true and they were quick to go tell anyone who had met or spoke to us these outrageous lies but ok whatever we never gotta see yall again! Now here’s where it gets interesting. The landlord, manager or host Karen (not sure of her exact title and yes Karen is her real name) had told us that after we paid the first month through airbnb (which is where we booked through) that she would lower the rent by $500 a month (which she did) because of my family member that was with me who booked the trip was there on a travel nursing assignment and was considered something along lines of “first responder”. Ok cool great that’s awesome right?! Come to find out the monthly rate is actually based on SKIN COLOR.. yes I said it SKIN COLOR!!!! Like I said previously this was kind of a last minute change in travel plans and I did not do the research on the area I was in or surrounding it which are “sun down” towns!!! So back to rent! To find out my 2 neighbors both African Americans, one of which was also a travel nurse, were living in the exact same set up and spatial suites that we were, along with the same accommodations . We were also told that the rent would be lowered for ANYONE who rented outside of Airbnb, which lower rent for everyone is great right? WRONG Now I know people are like why am I complaining The lower rent offer is only offered to WHITE RENTERS!!! Yes I said what I said! This offer was not extended to anyone of color! This is SICKENING and DISGUSTING! Like I said there were many pros to this place and at first I really had no complaints.. the rent was the FIRST AND WORST ISSUE that they have! Yes they lied and kicked our names around in the dirt but its nothing to what they are doing to others just because of their skin color! Ain’t no telling how many people that have been their for years they are over charging because there are not white!!! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves!! DONT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WHITE!!
