We went tubing today, after a holiday and there were still a fair number of campers and everything but this place is has amazing staff and there were zero delays. Every aspect of the day was perfect. You can bring 2 smaller coolers or one bigger one for the tube cooler. The backrest tubes ARE WORTH EVERY PENNY. Wear old shoes (ideal), water shoes also are ok. Being able to go multiple times (we went twice) really makes you get your money worth. 2/3 of our kids didn’t even go on the second round and they just hung out on the shore and played on the rocks and in the water. An amazing day.

Went on the Lazy River version of tubing. My little group of 3 (myself, a 13 and 8 year old) went on a less busy morining and had a wonderful time. The staff was friendly and helpful and the lazy river trip was relaxing and fun. Water level on 9/21/24 was at about 3.25' at the Millville Gauge and each trip was about 50minutes long. Since we had figured for a little more time we took a second trip down the river and had no issues. Having our vehicle at the pull out location and dedicated changing stations (ya don't need to change in the porta potties) was a big plus.

Fall 2023 The river was really low so we had to get out in places to get over the rocks, footwear is mandatory for a reason - the rocks are sharp in places! R&T was great, they have a place to hold your keys but stop at the gas station before if you don't want to use a port-a-potty.

Suggestion: Rent the 'cooler tube' - R&T please post a photo! - I thought it was just a tube to go round a square cooler but it is actually a very nice cooler raft with a bottom! Would have made our trip a lot better.

For my birthday, my boyfriend and I went kayaking with River and Trail. This was my first time kayaking so, I did t know what to expect. But everything went really well and it was a beautiful day!

Customer Service: The staff was great! Friendly and helpful, I had to call a few times while we were kayaking because I was forgot a few directions but they were understanding and helped me quickly.

Kayaking: Amazing! If you’ve never been, do it! It’s so calm and relaxing. My boyfriend had to guide me on how to paddle but, once I got it, it was easy to do.

I do wish we were give more directions or a map and there were little markers on the sides of the river that told you how far you were along the trail. But other than that, I have no complaints. I definitely recommend this company! 5/5 and it’s close to harpers ferry!

Had a great experience tubing on the river! All of the staff were super helpful in explaining the process and making sure we got on the bus with our cooler. They had bathrooms and changing rooms on site. I came with a big group of girlfriends and we had such a blast. Make sure to get the ties to connect tubes together, makes sure that everyone stays together! Great value, will definitely be back soon!

Easy to sign in as long as you sign your waivers BEFORE you get there. You will save time when you do this, otherwise, great experience. You will need the full hour prior to your scheduled time to float down the river due to signing in, using the restrooms, getting ready, and watching the video 15 minutes prior to your scheduled float/rafting times.
Staff is really nice. They got us set up and ready to go quickly. The bus driver was awesome. We got our floats and went down the river with no issues. Very relaxing and chill time, will use them again!

We had a great time tubing here. The process was easy, and the laid-back atmosphere made for a fun day out. The waters were calm and smooth, perfect for a relaxing float. The only thing I’d suggest is having someone around to help with navigating the rocks when getting out of the water—it can get a bit dangerous. Overall, a great experience!
