Close enough to walk to Downtown. The rooms were nice for the price. Free breakfast is waffles, oatmeal, and cereal/muffins.Game room was a plus and the staff is super friendly. The hide a bed in our King room had a bar in the middle and was uncmfortable so my kiddo just slept on the couch instead. We will be back.

We had a great stay! Wonderful staff and amenities. Only needed a few more chairs at the pool since we were there for spring break and lots of kids swimming and not as many seats for parents to sit. Will definitely be back!

Booked through booking.com, room was ready before check in time and staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and comfortable, bed was perfect and lots of towels in bathroom. There was some renovating going on in other rooms but did not have any issues with noise. Great location, hotel was within walking distance of main area in Seaside - would definitely stay again next time I am in town!

First of all, my wife booked a room here for us and our two grandsons because in several photos on their website she saw a lift at the pool (I'm in a wheelchair). When we decided to avail ourselves of the indoor pool, we were informed by the desk clerk that they had no lift. So no pool for Papa. Ultimately however, the manager comp'ed our entire 3-night stay! It was obvious to us that he genuinely felt bad about the situation.

Excellent experience from check-in to check out. Room is extremely clean. The staff was friendly. The price was very low and a nice breakfast and Wi-Fi was included. Fresh coffee and hot tea available 24/7. Sandra at the front desk was friendly, helpful, thoughtful, and informative. Highly recommend this hotel.

We didn’t realize they are doing renovations right now and we really wished it was mentioned on the website or their active social media pages. We wouldn’t have booked at this time if we knew because it did affect our stay. The walls are thin as well. Might be a place that’s good for families only. But that isn’t what’s being marketed. The pictures online don’t show what the rooms actually look like. Our bed didn’t have a headboard, just a platform style bed with a super thin mattress and pieces of wood to look like a headboard along the length of the wall. Based on their pictures we thought that we were getting something more comfortable. Definitely feel bait and switched. Pool was nice and the staff was friendly though. And we really appreciate that they had non dairy milk and butter.

Very nice and confortable atmosphere. The front desk gentleman was very kind and inviting. It was busy, but it was a quick check-in. It is only a few minutes to all the Seaside shops. Recommend!

Check in was very fast. The room we stayed in was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Sandra what's a joy to be around in the morning. Her upbeat attitude and checking with other customers in the hotel lobby to make sure everything what's up to their expectations. The breakfast was actually pretty decent for a continental breakfast. Fresh made by you waffles and a wide selection of other items including biscuits and gravy. And to top things off it was really nice in the evening to sit in the hot tub.
I would definitely recommend that other people try to stay in River inn at Seaside Oregon. Last but not least you will be right in the middle of downtown Seaside and be able to walk to most sites including the boardwalk along the beach. Great value for the dollar at $83 a night that included everything including taxes.
