I came here for the homemade pie. The daily soup was inventive and excellent. The pie was wonderful, the crust had a nice texture and the filling was not too sweet. The staff is warm and friendly. I will definitely be back.

I recently visited the River City Diner & Smokehouse at 805 Brazeau Ave, in Oconto, WI. I always like eating here. I ordered a ueberru pancake. The service was great and the ladies kept my coffee cup full. The pancake was delicious..I got a chance to say hello to Ms..Caroline and talked about her pies. If I'm the area, make sure you come by and make sure you get a piece of whole pie. The special.of.this month is black raspberry and one whole.pie.came home with me. A great place.

We liked the sound of the name of the place. Because we like brisket in our breakfast, so we seeked them out from online as we were passing thru. Breakfast was quick and HUGE!! Debbie was our server and she was both courteous and knowledgeable.
We stumbled upon a National Award Winning Pie maker and we did not know it until we walked in. The pie case was very impressive right when we walked in!! Then we saw the first place ribbons adorning the wall and the pie case…. National Pie Council first place blue ribbons!! Nice. Congratulations!!
Had brisket in my stuffed hash browns. Was delish. All our breakfast’s were delish.
When done eating, Debbie asked if we would like a slice of pie to top it off. We checked out the pie menu. Wish I would have taken a pic of that. We ordered a slice of pie and two whole pies!! Strawberry Rhubarb, MMMMMMM. Great filling and the flakiest crust ever!!
We got a caramel apple and a lemon meringue to go.
Debbie packaged it all up for travel for us. Debbie was definitely a pie pusher. Lol. Ok, she is good at upselling. And that is not a bad thing. And a good server.
Pro Tip: order your regular breakfast, but save room for pie!!

The brisket quesadilla was really delicious,the sweetish pancakes were good. Eggs were nicely cooked. Kids pancake was nice, even looked like mickey. Overall very great food. Service was good with a nice server.
Will come back, very happy, an nice full bellys.

This Pie is insanely good, it's award winning and a ton of different flavors as well as a great menu of "diner" classics. I had the liver and onions with some warm raspberry pie ala mode, everything was great and xcellent service! Super affordable and right off of 41, worth the detour!

Excellent food at a good price. I have had many different meals here from breakfast to dinner and they were all good. Talisha is an excellent waitress as we usually have 10-14 people in our group and she does a marvelous job.

We stopped in last Sunday for the first time. The brunch was amazing. We also purchased a pie and had it for dessert, it was delicious!
