The room was very clean and maintained. However, the heating unit was a wall unit that failed to provide heat one of the nights we stayed. The other major complaint I had was the unit above was dripping water onto our unit causing us not to sleep. We even went outside and put a towel on the unit to help the dripping sound. It did not help. We finally reverted to ear plugs.
Management please find a way to divert that water and allow your customers a peaceful visit!

It's not the most luxurious hotel but it is leagues better than the worst I've stayed in. Prices are decent and it's homily. The amenities are fine and the rooms simple and spacious.

Every time i stay here, it's amazing. This last time, the woman at the front was a bit rude. Usually, when i check in, the guy is very customer service friendly. The woman there yesterday not so much. Just had surgery too, so it would have been nice to have good smiling. Thanks for choosing us.

Nice place to stay a bit noisy from traffic. Staffing is good. Could use some building up grades .much needed external paint .and minor repairs. I've done lots of work to hotel's its tricky stuff. Because you have quests to consider. Inside some rooms need a little more attention to detail. No carpet is always a bonus. Rooms are cleaner and don't smell of old carpet witch cannot be 100% cleaned .they have a nice pool area witch is a plus in warm weather. A great place to stay when enjoying the delta

Not all the lights worked and the refrigerator was broken in my room. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn’t choose this place again for a stay, especially for what I got at that price point, but it was decent and had a quiet location.

Pretty bare bones but all we needed for a place to sleep following a late evening wedding. The bed was comfortable, and the place was clean. It had a small fridge and a coffee maker. The photo is a bit misleading. Nothing quaint just the usual two story motel. There was no lobby for checking in, just a gentleman behind a window, but he was polite and the process was easy.

Not many electrical outlets in the room. We kept hearing a dripping sound throughout our stay, I believe coming from the air conditioning/heater box. There was only 1 out of 3 lights lit up over the counter with the microwave on it. The xfinity cable box was unplugged. Overall, it was alright, not the best, but not the worst.

Very clean. Owners decorated room with a personally charming fishing theme. Lobby was decked out with Halloween decorations. There was no complimentary breakfast, but then this is not a franchise motel chain. My only complaint is the toilet made for kindergarten size people not 6’2 men.
