I left my water bottle on the 535 to Bellevue.
I called in to the lost and found and to my surprise the associate (Greg) was an absolute angel. Just nice and kind. I’m sure they get calls about lost stuff all day but the service stood out. Thank you.

We went to the Ride Store on the 08/01/2023 to get new senior Orca cards for myself Lynsey and my husband, Derick Sullivan. There was a problem with my husband’s new card.

A very nice gentleman called Eric called my mobile to make us aware of the problem and asking how he could get the replacement card out to my husband.

Excellent customer service and Eric was super helpful and a really nice person.

Well done to all at Lynnwood Ride Store…..excellent customer service. Thank you. Lynsey and Derick Sullivan.

NO place to park next to the store! Previously had several spaces to park in front of the building. Now there is NONE! Not going to park elsewhere with a friend who uses a walker!!!!!! Horrible!

Would have been nice if the driver I asked had told me about the location change BEFORE I got stuck at the lynwood TC wondering what happened to the building. Your drivers are so awful with basic information.
