I knew this was going to be an adventure when the lady in front of me asked what came on the pork sandwich, to which the Rick's associate replied, "I don't know. I've never had it.". According to the ticket, Soren was the associate. He refused to acknowledge us only staring ahead as if in a daze until I finally ask "How are you?". I am not making this up. He fumbled through the order and forgot to charge for drinks, so he is no bonus to Rick's. Potato was great, nachos were more like gas station quality with pork applied- compare my nachos to the ones advertised online in menu. Front of house was a no for me, dawg.

Decided to swing by and grab my usual rib plate at the Cox Creek location and noticed they've changed the menu board and slightly increased pricing. Aside from the menu board changing, the quality has changed too. The ribs were not that great. Also the loaded potato salad was very watery and quite unenjoyable. My lunch was further ruined when some family brought in a screaming child that just wouldn't stop yelling at the top of his lungs, which triggered my anxiety and I just couldn't take it any longer. I just asked for a to go box, topped off my fruit tea, and bolted out the door.

As far as the ribs, they were not very flavorful and the only way I could actually eat them was drowning them in BBQ sauce. Typically I just eat them as it was because I enjoyed the smokiness. What the hell happened?

I asked a friend who eats there regularly and he too noticed a reduction in quality in taste and he's debating on whether to go back or not.

I also remember that the rib plate came with a hash brown wedge a few years ago and I guess when they stopped serving them that was a sign. I don't know if I'll go back to that particular location. I hope the other locations haven't gotten as bad in quality.

*Edit*

Their green beans are just absolute trash. Obviously just cheap canned green beans with no effort to add any additional seasoning. I understand that fast food style food use canned food like these, but at least some effort in seasoning before serving is used. This was just straight out of can flavor. I'm downgrading my previous 3 star to 2 star.

It's like they just aren't putting any effort anymore in providing seasoning in any of their foods and just merely raising prices and reducing quality. I'm done eating here.

Just generally disappointed overall.

Lily needs to learn to be nicer. And not act like the world is ending because she's having to take a order. If she doesn't like her job she should find another one. That kind of service doesn't bring customers back. To top it all off me and 3 other cars were ask to pull up and wait for our food. A grown up should be the manager on duty at night. I never have this problem in the day time.

Been to this location multiple times. Unfortunately, there was some confusion, this time, with my order at the drive thru. I asked that the extra ice cream be refunded and Zoey became obviously irritated; rolling eyes, huffing and puffing, making a complete spectacle of herself. She finally ended up refunding the ice cream. Johnathan took over and was great! I asked for extra ranch, which he charged me for, no problem, there. My fries were half full, so I asked Johnathan if there were different sizes of fries available. He said "No, just the one size". Again, no problem, I was just wondering if I had ordered a large, would the cup have been full... As I was paying for the additional ranch, Lizzie came to the window and overheard me asking Johnathan about the fries. She immediately rolled her eyes, Zoey asked what I said, and Lizzie responded back, "Now she's complaining about the fries!"... Seriously?!?!!

Teach your crew how to be professional! I wasn't even complaining, I was actually curious! Won't be supporting this business as long as you have rude and unprofessional people working there!

1st time here. We wanted to try this place out simply because of the rave reviews.

Unfortunately, 1st impressions are key. The establishment was CLEAN! It truly has a nice and warming atmosphere and the dining facility was packed with customers. Kudos to your staff for that.

We didn't have to wait long for our order, which was great, but our meat selections were not edible.

My wife had the pork, and I had the beef and ribs. We literally ate around it because the meat was too dry and cold for our liking. There is only so much BBQ sauce one can add for flavor.

This will be the one and only visit we make to this place. ?

EDIT: Britney Smith, the MoD at the time got back with me with a prompt and professional response, and took care of us. I'm changing my review to 5 stars for their professionalism and courtesy. We love their food and hated to leave a bad review, happy to change it!
