I stopped at the deli cuz I can't resist the cheesecake. My order was kind of a pain. I need a little bit of this and a whole lot of that. A young man named Mason was helping me. He was such a gentleman! He patiently tolerated my indecision and went above and beyond to accommodate. I just wanted to let him know that he's doing a great job. Thanks!

Nice store, great variety of choices,
Feels like a big city store. Found sopes and fresh tortillas in refrigerated case. The disability parking was sparse and poorly painted.

Very nice people. I'm not from Sydney and needed to ask where items were. Two different ladies assisted me. The fresh bagels are awesome! Thought the peanut butter cookies could have used a little more peanut butter, but they were nice and soft.

Great local grocery store. My kids always look forward to the free piece of fruit for kids, searching around the store for the elusive stuffed fox, and enjoy participating in the various coloring contests etc. throughout the year.
The selection of food is the best in town, with unique items like sushi and fresh squeezed orange juice. Keep an eye out for their "Case Lot" sale for some of the best "stock up" deals of the year.

The store is fine, some really questionable expiry dates on certain items but otherwise okayish.

However, upper management constantly harasses the employees and implementation of bad policies all while the store manager does nothing but steal oxygen and threaten hard workers with termination over legitimate issues the employee has like medical conditions and emergencies that cannot be helped. People need to start calling this behavior out, it's completely unacceptable!

On December 22 ,2024 we went to Reynolds Market to shop for a few things for Christmas dinner. The grocery store was open and there were cars in their parking lot. As my husband went to climb out of his truck he immediately went down and severely injured his shoulder. Turns out that no one had sanded or salted the Reynolds supermarket parking lot and it was a sheet of undetectable black ice. As we went to go into the store to tell them what happened we noticed several customers clinging to grocery carts so they wouldn't fall and even a Reynolds employee holding on to a light post for dear life. There was no current storm and it was a sunny morning so there is no excuse for opening a store when the parking lot was completely unsafe. This wasn't nirmal snow and ice. When we told customer service and the store manager that my husband was injured their response was unapologetic and apathetic. We were given the name and number of their Insurance guy (Ryan) and we were told he would help us.
Nine months later, my husband, who is a mechanic, had to have major surgery on his shoulder, couldn't use his arm for over 2 months, and is permanently scarred and still having problems with his shoulder. His job is our only source of income and we had to borrow a lot of money from a relative just so we wouldn't become homeless. We have been through hell because of Reynolds incompetence in keeping their customers safe. No one from corporate has ever reached out to us and Ryan, their insurance guy, has been unprofessional and doesn't communicate with us in a timely manner. He never returns our multiple phone calls and when he finally decides to reach out to us it's seceral weeks after we message him or email him. He's been stalling on purpose.
This whole situation has been extremely stressful and frustrating for us. The whole incident of my husband falling in their untreated parking lot was caught on their store cameras and Reynolds has admitted fault. So after nine frustrating months of the shady insurance guy stringing us along he finally gives us an extremely low settlement offer that is a huge slap in the face. It doesn't even cover the cost of my husband's surgery. We even had to relocate to another part of the country because of this. We are not looking to get rich off of this, we just want to be made whole. My husband is a big, strong man who was in the most pain I have ever seen him in because of Reynolds negligence. This incident should never have happened and it has forever scarred him and completely changed our lives. I guess Reynolds only cares about making money. We tried to settle with their insurance guy but at this point we have a lawyer and we are done being nice. We are absolutely disgusted with this whole horrible situation and Reynolds lack of care and concern for their customers.
