Rooms were clean and a great size. There was no shampoo in the shower although conditioner and body wash were both full. We asked staff to fill the shampoo (but there seemed to be a slight language barrier) it was still empty the next day. The only other issue we had was there were no straws for the juice cups(lids were the style that needed a straw). Breakfast was fantastic, waffles were great, tons of other food options and we always left breakfast feeling full and happy. I know sometimes there's delays in supply shipments so that may have been the issue but either way the staff were very friendly and the room was large and clean.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was absolutely filthy. There were black curly hairs everywhere, the toilet had urine stains, and the kitchen was a disaster—dirty dishes, greasy shelves, and an unbearable stench, like something had died in there. The walls had yellow stains, and I even found insects inside the cabinets. The floors were disgustingly dirty, and to top it off, the vent was blowing directly onto my neck and face the entire time.

To be fair, the ladies at the front desk were very kind and offered me a different room, but unfortunately, it was just as bad as the first one.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Stay far away unless you enjoy staying in a filthy, unsanitary environment!

After reading the glowing reviews, I feel a little let down. Older property with some outdated furniture, bathroom sink drained slow and if you turn the temperature up or down a degree, unit would start chugging and groaning and making all kinds of weird noises. The water pressure was so low, I could not take a shower. The lid to the lotion I was given had a broken cap. The room did have a couple of updated functions like lamps with plugins. No in room safe, and no elevators for second floor. I don't care to stay on the first floor for several reasons, including having to keep the curtains closed, making it dark inside. Otherwise people can look inside your unit walking through the complex. Had someone who sounded like an elephant staying up above me who was stomping and dropping things all the time. Also a lot of loud car traffic outside. Breakfast was average, but nice to have. Found a short, dark hair on my sheet when I pulled the covers back and it wasn't mine, although the rest of the bedding seemed clean. Did not make for a restful sleep. Didn't appreciate housekeeping knocking at my door 2 hours before checkout. I called and asked about the sign on the desk about car prowlers and asked if they had security and the desk guy really loudly (training tip here) no, we don't have security here! It is roomy and has what you need, especially for longer stays.

This hotel is a renovated apartment complex. There are ZERO elevators for the rooms. We had to drag our luggage up a lot of stairs. I was so unhappy about it that I almost complained. I have bad neck and back issues, and dragging my luggage up a bunch of stairs at a Marriott is ridiculous!

Rooms smell, housekeeping is non existent - they didn’t make the bed and just dragged dirt and mud in to remove towels and messily hang new ones. Don’t waste your time staying here - even if you want your Marriott points.

Bomb bomb bomb. Amazing breakfast. Super nice well kept rooms. Perfect location, Costco next door, the mall up the street, target across the street, all within walking distance. And it right off the freeway. The worst part is trying to get in and out during rush hour. I'm serious, the breakfast isn't like OMG good but it's super solid.

We've been traveling around to different places for a month. Carmen, Angie, and all the housekeeping staff were superb! Ome of the best places we've stayed at. We at the 2 bedroom suite. And it was just like home. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The breakfast included was nice as well, even as vegetarians (we made it work), but the coffee helped, lol. Overreall. Nice place to stay with the price set. 20 minutes from seattle if you time it right. So, it was great for our needs. Thank you for the stay.

Nice clean rooms. There are a lot of local restaurants nearby. Easy to get on and off the I-5. We will stay here again.
