The good: parking is free, they do not charge $15 per day as their website and another review suggest. The room is clean and spacious. Fully stocked kitchen, including a small stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Control of your own heat/air conditioning. Spacious bathroom and shower. Staff is friendly.

The not so good: the breakfast was sub par. The silverware in the room smells like it was wiped with a mildewed cloth. They use 1 ply Scott brand toilet paper. Going down the stairs and out the other front/side door will make your room key stop working.

I’ve got 4 more days here, hoping I’ll be able to leave a better review at the end of my stay.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this hotel last week.
- The rooms are spacious and clean, and include everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
- The breakfast was good, the child enjoyed waffles the most
- the hotel has a small gym and a laundry room on the ground floor, quite convenient
- there is a grocery store opposite the hotel
- the staff were really friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies were incredibly polite and attentive, and made us feel welcomed.

We would come back again for sure

Very beautiful hotels and great deal given the hospitality, service, and overall quality of the hotel and experience. The 3 ladies at the front desk (Irene, Jasmine , & Julia) went over and beyond my expectations of service. They were the kindest people I've ever met to this day and their very professional, wish I could give 100 stars. If your ever in town and looking for a very relaxing, non overwhelming, stress free trip I would recommend staying here over anywhere else, 100000% 😉

I cannot say enough about our experience. The manager Shawn, Kevin at the front desk as well as the entire staff are incredible. All have gone out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. They are friendly, professional and above all caring. The property is in excellent condition and well taken care of. I travel often and would place this property high on my list of preferred properties. I would highly recommend Residence Inn Novato Sonoma for business or pleasure.

My man planned a romantic Valentines day here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice touch, and he was able to make us a beautiful charcuterie board for me. In the morning, we went down for breakfast. The spread was great. Delicious waffles and the best selection of toppings for oatmeal or yogurt.

I've been restraining myself from writing this review because of the fact that it is a new construction that was just built a few months ago. The property is gorgeous and the rooms are very nice. However, it's been over 3 months since the Grand Opening now and guests still cannot use WiFi How do I know they've been open for 3 months you say? Because I stay at this property twice a month for 2-3 days at a time.

Please fix your internet! As lovely as your property is, I cannot afford to travel here on Business if the internet still does not work.

Beautiful new hotel, nice breakfast service, romantic outdoor fireplace to sit and relax by, pristine rooms and little kitchen. Everything you could possibly want or need. We had a great time and our stay was phenomenal. Oh and the bed and comforter was awesome!

Ms Davis, Assistant Manager was rude and condescending. We had called ahead to check if a room is ready - it was confirmed. We arrived and Ms Davis has been nothing but rude and continued to try to explain despite being asked several times to stop as it was particularly aggravating. We had to choose accommodations out of emergent necessity and the attitude was not appreciated. There are times when you need to read your guest and act accordingly. She did not.
