Great place to stay overnight. Price was reasonable for King and sofa bed. They charge $12 to park a vehicle overnight. Sofa bed is thin mattress so don’t expect a good nights sleep on that, but the King bed was comfy. For some reason there was a large tear on our sheet for the sofa bed.
Free breakfast in the morning. Which wasn’t bad. Coffee was good as well.

Stayed in loft suite with queen downstairs and upstairs. Looking back at hotel pictures, realize now they might have rooms with doors closing off lower bedroom. Our room areas were all open. Wish the room would have matched the pictures with doors on lower bedroom. Despite having three TVs, the noise from one room flows to the others with no interior doors. We had 4 adults staying with one who wanted to go to bed early. With loft bed area open and no doors on lower bedroom, we could not watch tv without disturbing the sleeping guest. Keep this in mind when booking this suite. Also, kitchen light switch had issue as it turned on several times in night with no one in kitchen. Liked the location and the breakfast sandwiches, but would not stay in this type of room again with guests needing varying bed times. Room was renovated. Stores nearby.

Hotel room itself is clean and good enough space. Front desk staff wouldn't upgrade for a Bonvoy Gold saying not available although at the time of check-in the room was available (I checked from the app). Big space for breakfast area, many seats. However parking spaces are pretty small. I stayed here because I was going to the cruise terminal the next day.

Positive: Very clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly. I was thinking about going for a cheaper hotel but I'm glad we stuck with this one. It had a great feeling to it. Negative: Ice maker was not working in the refrigerator and the bed didn't seem like it was a king. Felt more like a queen, but I could be wrong.

Renovated rooms were overall nice with good outlets and comfortable couch. The mini efficiency is great also.

Great coffee machine offered hot coffee any time of the day. You could find some healthy choices for breakfast and the staff ensured it was clean and stocked.

Decent central location.

It appears they just started charging for parking at $15 a day which is annoying.

Some downsides of the room is the bathroom door opening makes it near impossible for someone to use the sink at the same time, and the toilet is small, circular. The TV in the middle of the room was functional but an awkward placement.

Finally, they had washers and dryers but more than half were out of service with poor signage on which dryer worked.

Not sure if I'd stay there again.

Went to Long Beach for my son AAU basketball game and found this wonderful place to stay at. Free breakfast every morning, pet friendly, swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym, basketball court and whatever you need is close by! We’d loved it because it was like a mini studio with a kitchen. The only negative thing I can say is the price for this place is a little expensive on the weekend and if you to have a pet it’s going to be $170 no matter how long you stay and the pull out bed from the couch needs to be a little more thick and fluffy. Other than that great place to stay with kids and family. I would definitely book again if I go back to Long Beach.

I stayed over this past weekend. 3/22/25. First my room had food left in the refrigerator half eaten. Broken glass left on counter. But the worst part was a serious roach infestation in the room. Woke up Sunday morning to roaches crawling on the bed headboard. Baby roaches in the restroom floor greeting me at the door. Then killed 2 roaches on the kitchen counter. Horrified. Immediately checked out and notified the front desk at check out. Was told that management would reach out Not a phone call yet. Stay at your own risk. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Seems the business is slipping.

Checking in was a complete disaster. I was overly charged and I still have not received my 270.00 deposit. I paid in full, in addition to me being a Marriott member. I witnessed staff giving customers different deposit amounts, not resolving customers issues, no hospitality or empathy for travelers.
