Nice room upgrade but one of the worst breakfast buffets either. Also, one of the three rooms I booked had broken blinds and there was a part on order but it wasn’t here now and there was no other room available. They told my co-worker to find a clip and shut it that way. :/

There’s a sign in the dining area inviting guests to ask about dietary restrictions and buy, was I sorry I bothered. The staff shrugged her shoulders and said, no when I asked about vegan options.

Meh..not what I expect from the Marriott brand. But it’s a great location and the room I had was clean, spacious and nice

It’s my home away from home. I’ve spent many nights in this hotel. Very professional staff, always greeted with respect and couldn’t ask for anything else. Clean well kept facilities. Staff is always willing to make your stay excellent. I highly recommend this establishment for your future travel plans.

This is a very well managed hotel! The sales manager greeted me when I checked in and she was super friendly and it’s appreciated! The rooms are super clean and spacious. Super comfortable stay with new beds… will definitely stay here again on my next trip! Great location with lots of restaurants nearby as well!

Hotel was great but watch out cause they scam you. I reserved a room for two night. We were coming for a soccer tournament and when I scheduled the reservation they said I had a refundable room if I called within 24 hours. It was rainy season so I expressed how important it was that I am able to cancel if the tournament got cancelled. They understood, made the reservation and sent me an email confirmation. We had a change of plans a couple days after our reservation was made, still was weeks away from when we made the reservation. So I called them direct and cancelled the room for one night. I called them direct and they made it so easy. Send me a confirmation and I thought that was the end of it. We still stayed for one night and when we checked out they charged us for the room cancellation with a 75 no show fee! I called them immediately and disputed the charges. I even showed them the cancellation email. They wouldn’t budge so I called corporate. They said they would look into the matter and let me know. They never got back to me. Kept over $-300 for a room that was never used and a penalty nobody made me informed about. Think twice about making reservations here esp for soccer tournaments. Seems they know how to take advantage of you aren’t asking questions or reading the fine print which happens to be at the bottom of all the ads in the email they send. I had to scroll through 8-9 full screen ads to see that at the very bottom of the email, the reservation the attendant made for me was only refundable 24 hours after the reservation was made, not as I requested which was 24 hours from when the reservation was dated. I specifically need the later cause we weren’t sure tournaments would happen with the storm. Sly, deceiving and such a scam.

Convenient place to get to freeways. We come here when our grandson plays football nearby. Breakfast is good. Nice having a full kitchen. The BBQ area is great with a fire pit. ,

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Redlands! Its a very family friendly environment. The housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the spaces clean and providing daily services. The plaza is in walking distance right next door, great places to shop, get food or just take a walk. The pool is great for the summer and the fire place is nice place to relax after a long trip in the evening. The engineers (Bill and Jeff) are always on call and ready to help. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful and upbeat ( Luis, Thalia and moana are awesome and patient). The ladies (Adrianna and lattrice) in the breakfast area not only bring amazing food but they also give a warm and welcoming environment, that makes you feel like family and are always offering to help. Overall the staff that creates the environment is truely what makes this place so great and sets it aside from the rest.

Reserved a king suite weeks in advance. When we arrived we were given an accessible room, not the room we reserved. The front desk was not helpful as they stated the hotel was full. They wanted to meet the next day to see what they could do but I had appointments. I don’t understand how they didn’t keep the room I reserved available.

This hotel is really clean and comfortable… although my Door wouldn’t close unless I turned knob from the inside and held the outside knob and then it will close really weird. BUT The $12 you’re charged for parking is crazy Because of something happens to your vehicle, they aren’t responsible. Which Makes it pointless to pay for parking. Also Being a gold member gives you no sort of perks no welcome gift nor additional points. They’re doing construction next-door, which didn’t bother us at all. Good location probably won’t be back only because around the corner at the Springhill suites they don’t charge for parking and prices are a little bit more reasonable.
