Very comfortable and relaxing stay.
I arrived at 4 a.m. due to late work. Communication via the mobile chat was easy, and the staff responded quickly and were very helpful. Night audit Jose was also very sweet. He gave me a warm welcome and helped me get to my room without any delay.

CONS
Wish they had more breakfast options. I was hoping for white toast or a plain bagel, but the attendant seemed to hide in the back even though we made eye contact. 🙁

The check in person is lacking the customer service skills. I have arrived after midnight as I spent my time looking for my cards and calling my banks. Upon arriving to the hotel I explained to the agent about my situation. I told him that I lost my card and showed him my ID, my booking in Marriott app and even showed him my apple pay. I asked if my sister who is with me can use the card. My sister showed her ID and card but he refused. He said I need to give him my physical card. I told him multiple times that it was lost but didn’t listen and insisted of showing my card. He ended up changing my booking in a different rate. I stayed for couple of Marriott properties in San Diego and Las Vegas after my stay in this property but I never had any problems when I told them my situation. They are very understanding with my situation. Please do not go to this hotel as it’s not worth it!

Sharing another 5 star stay at a Marriott property. The entrance is right off of Lancaster BLVD. Don't park at the back (which looks like it could be the front). This hotel is secure. It is locked down 24/7, meaning you require a room key to get in at any entrance. This protects you from the semi rowdy locals that come out at night. However, they are totally harmless. They may pesture you for change, but they are not overly aggressive, as in other parts of California. The best perk of this hotel for me is Starbucks next door and the restaurant across the street that serves PERFECT lamb chops. I believe it's called Lapapillion.

On business trip for almost 3 weeks. Stay is comming to an end. I am truely impressed with service, room and amenities. Since the employer pays, I cannot comment on prizes!
Rooms are fully equipped with functional kitchen, hob, dishwasher and fridgefreezer. Cuttlery for 4 people in a room for two. There is one large BBQ in the outside lounge area, which was used daily! Comfortable large walk in shower, good size working area, USB charging plugs at all important spaces, (bed and working area) and large screen TV on a 360deg swifel. Netflix is programmed, only personal lock in required. It has a furniture safe big enough for standard electronics.
There is a good sized gym and pool area. Launderette for guests is available.
The location gets 5 stars because it’s in a prime area in Lancaster, practically on the „Strip“, enough restaurants, shopping and even movie theater all in walking distance. If Lancaster is a holiday location, everybody needs to decide for themselfs. But for bussines and conferences it‘s ideal! The staff was very helpfully. Rarly needed, but always there for any question or support!
Breakfast is top for US standards and even myself as European could find cereals, waffles daily changing bacon, sausages and scrambled eggs. I‘d come here for holiday, if it wasn‘t in the dessert! So to the staff once more: thanks for making my stay comfortable and pleasurable!

Such an great yet odd experience. Iffy downtown area, right on the old main drag. But this place is a true 5 star resort plopped down here!! The rooms are incredible! Clean, huge room with great new design elements. Entry room has a full kitchen with dining table, couch & TV. The bedroom is separate with a lockable door & tv of its own! The bathroom is very nice as well. Loved the glass wall & built in shelves.
The hotel layout is a little odd & narrow, but these great rooms MORE than make up for that!

I love the atmosphere, service, and the breakfast is amazing. The pool and gym are always clean and neat. The staff is amazing. Pets are allowed and I can say I was pleased and happy with my stay here. Will definitely recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a week in January, and it was a wonderful stay. Everything was cleaned well. We had to work remotely, and the WiFi worked well. We had no internet issues. All of staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast was typical of the brand, and it was good. There are many places to walk to in the area. One note: park in the front to check in and move to the parking lot to unload and go to your room. The hotel set-up is a little weird in which you have to go through doors that require key card access from the parking lot so you can’t get to the front desk from the parking lot without a key card. It’s a safety thing, but we saw many people confused.
