The room layout and facilities were well thought of to be convenient and welcoming home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were prompt, polite, kind and helpful.

I had an overall good stay here — friendly, helpful staff and had a huge, beautiful room! A nice concept having all apartment-like rooms with community spaces (pool, tennis court/basketball court, etc. at the center). Can definitely see it being a great place for families to stay. However, if you’re not a heavy sleeper, highly recommend asking for a second floor room. I was on ground level and kept waking up in the middle of the night due to the person above me walking around — my ceiling creaked very loudly. Would stay again but will definitely request a floor 2 room in the future, especially since I come for work trips and need to have quality sleep!

Never, ever stay here, especially if you are with children. Especially if you with baby. The staff in front desk is absolutely not understanding and indifferent to your problems. The only function they perform is the stupid issuance of room keys.

I did not have a physical card with me, but I was ready to pay the deposit by providing the data or without a touch free payment. I booked the room in advance and paid for it. The employee did not make contact in any way and was extremely indifferent, claiming that he did not care about the above and only needed a piece of plastic. Yes, I was not allowed into the paid room with my baby. Reading reviews about the hygiene of this place, it's probably for the best.

I had a Great experience with the staff (Ireland) at the front counter who had a wonderful charisma about her and very hospitable. Thank You for the Anniversary gratitude it was very meaningful to me and my wife. The room was very nice inside but unfortunately the carpet had a very muggy smell to it like pets and cigarettes. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. It would be nice if the hotel had designated rooms for people with pets compare to people who don’t have pets for allergy reasons. The gym is very small with 3 treadmills and one stairclimber. There is a rack of dumbbells with a bench. The pool is very small 5ft deep but expose to the parking lot and street, it would be nice if the hotel would put a brick wall or canvas for privacy at pool. No jacuzzi which was disappointing. The breakfast was not the greatest: eggs were watery, no potatoes, waffle mix bland, bacon like paper, orange juice was orange color water with no flavor, no donuts, no pastries, and no sausage compare to other Resident Inns that provide all the amenities that I mentioned were missing. Also there is no social time offer in the evening like complimentary snacks nachos or fries etc.. like other Resident Inns locations. Hopefully they improve on these areas and praise the staff for their hard work and hospitableness.

Stayed here for 2 nights while in Anaheim. Convenient location and safe area. Desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well maintained. They serve a complimentary breakfast each morning which was nice.

I came to attend my sister's memorial service. Daniel was so professional and accommodated me to a beautiful clean and tastefully decorated suite. I loved this room so much that I wished I could stay there longer but had to get back to work. I'll definitely stay here for all my future trips. I had such a great experience here at this hotel.

Good points:1) Location. Conveniently located 5 minutes drive from Irvine Spectrum. Easy access to major roads. Safe because there are only companies around. Very quiet at night.
(2) Hospitality of the employees. Very good customer service. They responded appropriately to my request. The cleaning is also really great.
(3) Breakfast. I don't think there is anything more reassuring when traveling, especially with children, than having a free warm meal every morning. Small portions of yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, as well as warm scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage were available every day, which was great.
The bad: the shower in the room had a little low water pressure.

Note: Laundry is done in the laundry room. Each washer and dryer costs $3 per use.
Coffee machine is available at the main entrance for free.
