I stayed at this hotel for 23 nights and truly enjoyed my stay. The location is absolutely perfect—right in downtown Pensacola with plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance.

The staff was friendly, kind, and outstanding, especially Katrina, LaPorsha, Richlyn, and Kassie—they made the stay even better. The atmosphere was very welcoming from start to finish.

I also appreciated the outdoor grill and definitely put it to good use—bring some steaks or chicken and enjoy it yourself. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

stayed at this residence, and it’s honestly one of the best I’ve ever experienced. The team at the front desk was extremely welcoming and accommodating — anything I needed, they took care of right away. I even returned later for a few personal items I’d forgotten at home, and they provided them without hesitation.

Before checkout, they kindly called to remind me about breakfast — which was a great touch. And that breakfast was amazing! Not your typical continental setup — it felt homemade. The grits were excellent.

The property itself was spotless — very, very clean. Overall, my stay was incredible. Thank you for such a great experience!

We had a studio king, which was akin to a junior suite…a big spacious space. The room was comfortable, utterly quiet and a good place to relax. The kitchen area was surprisingly well equipped, with crockery, cutlery, glasses etc. It isn’t an attractive room. The colours are primarily brown..all furniture, huge bed headboard, with a dark green carpet. Colour is desperately needed.|Staff were all engaged and efficient. |The breakfast room was a good size and attractive, run by a really nice man. It didn’t have the healthiest options. No healthy cereal ( raisin bran would be a good addition, as would blueberries, strawberries maybe, plain yoghurt )|Downside? It isn’t downtown at all…the hotel name is disingenuous at best. However, the walk into downtown follows the bay, which is lovely. It also appeared safe at night. Be aware, it is a brisk 20/25 minute walk.|A good hotel, where I’d stay again.

I could not be more satisfied with my stay at this hotel, I stayed here for a couple months. Firstly, the staff at this hotel are amazing and deserve all the raises you can give them, every member treated me so kindly and I cannot appreciate them enough for their efforts. The room was excellent, including a full refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a stove. Any time I had an issue it was very quickly and kindly resolved by the outstanding staff. I used a meal package service while I stayed here and it worked out great for me with the kitchen in my room. Breakfast was always excellent and included a variety of items that I loved (the folks who work the breakfast area are also awesome). Plus if you'd rather go out to eat, there are several restaurants within walking distance (not to mention that Pensacola beach is right down the road). Additionally, (this is definitely more of a personal note lol) I lost 22 pounds at the gym here! I will most definitely be staying here again if and when I get the chance. You will not regret booking here! Thank you so much for your courteous treatment!

if i could give this hotel -500 stars i would. Terrible. TERRIBLE!!!! i have a list of things that went wrong during my stay. me and my family have booked a stay for 2 weeks, and it has been less than enjoyable. the kitchen sink has no hot water. at all. and, when taking a shower i had hot water for the first week, but one day it just went out. no hot water for showers. not even lukewarm. the housekeeping comes maybe twice a week and when they do, they barged in my room immediately after knocking, not even giving me time to get up and go to the door. the wifi went out multiple times for long periods of time. i’m talking like every other day. the front desk would respond to calls, but not very helpful. they would just say they’re “working on it” to all of the issues. also, the bathroom completely flooded on the first day after taking a 15 min shower. the drain was not draining and the shower door was installed misaligned therefore not closing fully, and water leaking out. the maintenance employee had to come pick CLUMPS of other peoples hair out of the drain, which i believe should be done before a new tenant is checked in. the hotel has 2 washing machines and 1 working dryer, kind of. those are not complimentary they cost. the sign in the laundry room says 30 minutes per wash, and 30 for dry. the wash was accurate but the dryer was not. one load took at least an hour and a half. the only working dryer blew up the day we tried to use it. Exploded. Front desk ladies are also never there. also the room randomly stunk of dirty socks and diapers the first few days.

This is by far the cleanest location I’ve ever visited in my entire life. I love Marriott!!! The staff has the most exceptional customer service. They treated me amazing. This is definitely my favorite location. The food was soooooo good.

The room had a strong smell every time I entered, which was unpleasant. The room itself was otherwise okay, but the TV never worked during my week-long stay. Despite multiple maintenance requests, no one came to fix it or followed up. The key card reader on the pool-to-lobby door also didn’t work, forcing me to walk around each time. Disappointing experience for a Marriott property.
