This hotel was by far the best one that we have stayed at while in Anaheim. It smelled amazing , exceptionally clean , the beds were great . The service was beyond . I also forgot my jacket when we checked out and the staff went above and beyond their customer service of trying to find it for me. I was in total shock and I was so relieved they did everything to make sure even if I did not pick it up they would send it over. I would recommend this hotel over and over again and I would brag about how amazing it was

Another thing that I would like to very much brag about as well is that the continental breakfast was supreme. They had amazing selection. The waffles were insanely tasty and I was in shock with how wonderfully presented everything was. The staff like I said, and I cannot repeat myself again they were amazing. I will definitely be staying here again.

Thank you for making our stay comfortable. A big shout out to Rick for when he handed me all the stuff that I needed for the place such as blankets and towels . The morning ladies that were there doing everything they can to search for my jacket thank you beyond words.

Pretty standard RI property. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value for the price.
Outside they offer basketball, pool and heater whirlpool. Breakfast was pretty standard- all good. Free parking is included, but you need to pick up parking pass from front desk.
Rooms are good size and well maintained. The only complaint I had - pressure in shower was very low.

5 night stay for a business trip.

Staff friendly and welcoming whilst checking in.

Room was sufficient. Kitchenette was very clean upon arrival and came in very useful during my stay. My only negative point for the room would be the poor shower water pressure. Not a deal breaker though.

Breakfast was very lacklustre, with not many fresh options.

Pool area was very clean.

Plenty of dining options close by, as well as a Vons and a Target across the road.

Very nice property with spacious and clean rooms. Also loved Anaheim Hills neighborhood.
Beds are very comfortable.
Buffet breakfast has a very good spread with bagles, bread, quiche, waffles and alot more.

I want to give a special shout out to hotel staff for retrieving my lil one’s disney balloon which got stuck on the ceiling in the dining area.

We stayed for 5 days with our big dog and where pleasantly amazed with the rooms and how nice the staff was. Our dog is a bit vocal and can tend to bark his head off when we go places but we only got asked to come back to the hotel once on our first day. Other than that, no complaints. The complimentary breakfast was awesome in the mornings and the hot tub was nice to relax in after a day at Disneyland.

There was extensive mold growing in plain sight in the vent systems. None of the room windows opened. All the furniture was stained and dilapidated as well as the shower fixtures. I had extreme allergies. I asked to switch rooms only to face the same situation. I had to leave the first night after planning to stay a week. To top it all despite many photos of active mold spores growing in my room I was not given a full refund. This was one of the most horrific hotels experiences I have ever had. I didn’t know hotels in this condition are allowed to operate and remain in business.

I have been staying here for many years, because of the location to my family which we visit at least twice a year. Over the past few years it's really been going down hill. The staff is nice but the upkeep has really been lacking. What I find most amusing is as a platinum plus member the upgrade my room and when I check in they always say thank you for being a "platinum plus member, we were happy to upgrade your room as a courtesy for your loyalty" but everytime I go up to my room it's the same room I reserved. It's not like they even put me on the bottom floor or near the elevators. I don't know what my mystery upgrade is. You got to love the enhanced internet. I guess it's enhanced because running an speed test on the internet its runs 0.58 MBPS YES. 0.58 and connecting the enhanced internet I get the lightening fast speed of 2.1 MBPS. It takes for ever for the TV to respond and the you have to have the volume maxed out to hear the the words but as soon as there is music or action scene it's too loud. The worse part of the hotel is the pull out beds. I'm of 170 lbs and you can feel the metal bars and it's painful to sleep in. My 80lb 11 year old can't even sleep in it.

We stayed in a suite which was very nice. Set up much like an apartment. Clean and comfortable. Good breakfast and coffee is served daily in the lobby. Friendly staff. Lots of restaurants and stores around. Plenty of free parking.
They have a basketball court in the courtyard below most of the windows. Its open until 10:00 pm. It was annoying to listen to the constand thud, thud, thus of the ball hitting the ground! Also, they were power washing the sidewalk in the courtyard at 6:00 pm which was also annoying!
Not an ideal location to most tourist attractions because traffic is horrible! If it says you are 40 miles from something, plan on it taking you 2 to 2.5 hours to get anywhere!
