This is a wonderful hotel and is a much needed addition to the area. The rivaling Hilton hotel has been an absolute disaster since COVID, so it's nice to have a higher quality alternative for business trips. Service is good, beds comfy, rooms are quiet except for some freeway noise. Awesome blackout curtains.

The biggest let-down is the breakfast. It's okay, but the lack of whole grain/wheat bread options really sucks. All white everything.

Drinks at the bar were very good and bartender was awesome, but drinks were pricey.

Other than the fact that the Hilton has an omelette bar that I sorely miss, this hotel does just about everything better.

I would give them 5 stars if they had a kind GM. The guy needs to learn some communication/ people skills.
He was rude, acted so put out to help people and was not a good way to start a vacation.
David on the other hand was AMAZING! maybe he can teach the GM how to treat people. Both of the front desk girls were so kind and helpful, breakfast staff was nice and the food was great.
I would suggest a manager training for the general manager because I don’t know how he is in that position.

We’ve stayed at several Residence Inns across the country, and this is the BEST one yet. The staff is so customer focused, from Hunter at check in to the kitchen manager who offered to cook me a custom breakfast! The rooms and the entire hotel are very clean, and the room has USB plugs conveniently located throughout. So comfortable and convenient!

The Residence Inn Anaheim Brea saved our Disneyland Trip! I had booked the Holiday Inn & Suites Anaheim for 3 nights, a month in advance of the trip and I checked in on my mobile app the morning we were to arrive. We arrived around 9:30pm and were told they didn't have a room for us (there will be a review about this issue, separately). Several other families were in the same boat. The Holiday Inn staff had made some calls and was able to get us into the Residence Inn Anaheim Brea. The staff at the Residence Inn were extremely sympathic to our frustration. They did everything in their power to make us feel welcome and comfortable. It is a lovely, 2 year new hotel with breakfast included. It is about 25 minutes to the Disneyland resort. I want to give a special shout out to 2 tremendous employees. Angie and Bree. Both were so kind and compassionate to us and the others sent to the Residence Inn from the Holiday Inn. Angie was at the morning front desk and Bree was the evening front desk for our entire stay. They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent service. I wish it was closer to the Disneyland Resort as it would be my new go to on our frequent trips. I highly recommen this hotel.

Great hotel for a work trip. Had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. Room 505 was HUGE, beautiful and clean. Highly recommend!

We were very pleasantly surprised with our stay at Brea Residence Inn. The front desk attendant (Bri, I think?) was incredibly welcoming and sweet. Exterior areas around the pool were upscale and offered a fireplace and BBQ grills. We didn't use the pool but it looked very clean and well taken care of. Rooms are spacious and modern as well.|The place is right next to a major freeway, which could be a concern for some, but we weren't bothered by the noise at all. You could hear it, but it wasn't like it was anything more than background buzz. We also loved the convenience of being close to everything.

I think the level of customer services and scam I just experienced with this hotel is unacceptable. I booked the hotel and realized the location was little far for my liking and called the hotel right away to cancel and they brought up their 48 hrs cancellation policies, and refuse to refund me. So what happen when the check-in is for the same day? I am a gold member with Marriot and frequently use their hotels, but they do not care about that. And for instance, Hilton policies is quite different as they refund even when the cancellation is made in last minutes.

New build, but warning the A/C has motion sensors and a pathetic temp range (nothing a you tube video won't fix) but it's supposed to be a home away from home and I like to sleep in a meat locker.. so I juiced it and made it nice and cold 24/7 🥶
