Such a beautiful hotel with wonderful service. The front desk attendant's were friendly and professional. I absolutely loved the outdoor seating, especially at night; the vibes were top notch. It's walking distance to countless restaurants and activities. HIGHLY recommend. Lastly, we dined at the Sage restaurant where Alyssa took great care of us! She was super friendly and attentive, making our breakfast experience a delight before we checked out. I can't wait to stay here again when I am in the area.

I stayed here overnight, great location walking distance to mall and restaurants. Rooms were clean and nice. Hotel amenities were nice. The food and drinks at the hotel restaurant were amazing. All the staff i interacted with were so nice, welcoming and helpful! Kenny was an awesome waiter and Anton was a great him! When I checked in my room card was not working, when he was fixing it I was telling him my issues I had with the airline as well, it was a rough travel day and then I had to wait for my door to get fixed. He fixed my door and provided me some extras like a free drink at the bar and compensated my parking for the inconvenience. I appreciated this so much, the staff were so wonderful and the hotel was clean and nice, I will be a returning customer thank you!

This is our 3rd time staying here. The hotel is always so clean. (I love the fresh apples offered around the reception.) The staff is always so friendly.
Sharon in the cafe is fantastic! So attentive & helpful.
Highly recommend when staying for a convention or just a weekend getaway.

Sharon our server at the restaurant was an absolute joy. She was speedy with service and was a pleasure to speak with. She even was able to give us suggestions on things to do around the area and also update up on services the hotel has to offer. When we come back to AZ we would love to stay here again, and see Sharon!

I visited the hotel for a conference and stayed a couple extra days. The service I received was excellent. My room was cleaned each day by Vesna. I made a special request for a toiletry item and she went above and beyond. I ordered food at the bar and sat in the lovely courtyard to eat my lunch and the bartender checked on me several times. The food at the hotel is great and reasonably priced. Overall, great experience.

The hotel is amazing. They upgraded our room and it’s a nice suite that the three of us are loving. And this morning when Sharon saw two of us had a breakfast voucher and the third didn’t, she worked her magic with an extra voucher she had and made it so we all ate on a voucher. The hotel is within walking distance of so many great places and great eats so if you miraculously weren’t okay with the food there you’d have a lot of options.

I have never been here before, but came for the Wild and Windy West book convention. This hotel surpassed all my expectations - my room was gorgeous, every thing was great for our event, and the staff so friendly and helpful. I ate at the on-site restaurant twice (dinner and breakfast), and both meals were terrific. The menu was a bit limited, but that usually just means the things they DO make are all fabulous. Laurenda, my server at breakfast, was especially kind and friendly. I felt welcomed and not rushed, especially when my brain shut off halfway through trying to order 🤣

Rooms were nice and comfortable, I wish they had a simple set of dishes in the suites but I appreciate the microwave in the room.

Laurenda was my favorite waitress while I stayed here during the Phoenix invitational tattoo expo . They were attentive, kind, and accurate while being my server for the last 3 days.

Location was nice but with other local events in the area, public roads got closed down which made parking in and out of the garage .
