Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!!!
- Cockroaches in the room.
- Hot water constantly running out
- Beds were extremely uncomfortable.
- The bedding was old with holes in it.
- Online it said 2 queen beds however when I got in the room, it was 2 full-size beds.
- Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept.
- Pillows had someone else's hair on them.
- Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt everywhere.
- Curtains had holes in them.
- Fridge was dirty and smelled horrible and the bottom of it was rusty.
- The furniture in the room was stained, ripped and falling apart.
- Homeless people wondering around the property.
-Google said hotel has free breakfast. This was not true we found out in the morning. I told the hotel they need to remove this from Google. Basically false advertising.
DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Worst hotel experience ever! When I asked to speak to the manager I was told they would not be available for 3 days. I was checking out after 1 day since the hotel was so bad. I asked if there is any compensation for all these things wrong with my room. I was told that there was nothing that could be done.

The hotel was infested with roaches. My friend was staying there until her new apartment was ready. She called me frantically, asking me to take her to the store to buy roach spray because she didn't know what kind to buy. When we got back to her room, they were in her room without her permission, rummaging through her things. Housekeeping was cleaning, and the staff started questioning her about the powder on the floor. She explained to them that roaches were crawling on her arm while she was lying in bed. I abruptly interrupted and asked why they were in her room without her permission. She answered, saying they always go in rooms whenever people renting them leave to go about their day. I looked at the staff manager and said I don't know what kind of a racket you're running over here but it's unsat! I shook my head and told my friend good thing you're out of here in a few days and I left." Relax Inn deserves ZERO stars!

I stayed for 28 days here. The rooms are large but need some work. I do believe they are doing a room by room remodel so it's slow going. The bathroom in my room was in bad shape as far as appearances but everything worked. I did see a few bugs during my stay. They have a washer and dryer on the first floor and a soda machine
There is also a Denny's in the parking lot and 7-11 ,and ampm across the street
There is not a elevator that I seen. Aside from that the staff is excellent! The housekeepers were very friendly and polite as well as the front desk clerks whicace up for the shortcomings the actual hotel had.

The rooms are not note worthy. The service is decent. & The location is ok. In the same parking lot as denneys. Across the street from sombreros, ampm & 711. Also the trolley is about a 5 minute walk.

We had the best experience here! The gentleman at the front was so nice and pleasant and check-in was fast and easy. Parking is great. The room was cozy and super clean. I was surprised because the rate was extremely reasonable. Because we travel so much for our business, but this room exceeded our expectations, plus they have a refrigerator and microwave, Will DEFINITELY be staying here again.

We enjoyed the room and experience was ok , however the rooms are somewhat outdated.But we would return again . Staff was friendly and always helpful. There seemed to be a roach problem but it didn’t bother us since the facility needs renovation. We liked the Denny’s discount and enjoyed the food there . The maids were great and always gave us good service . The price was great compared to other local hotels. It was nice to get away from home for a few days and we did enjoy the stay . .The parking lot was well lighted and there was no trouble with and law enforcement issues. The property is right next to the freeway so it was a little noisy outside the room. ||Thanks again and we hope to return again .

The rooms are okay for what it is...they are definitely a lot better than they used to be... Myself personally...I have never stayed there, but I have visited friends there several times over...
On the plus side for those who take public transportation.... it is conveniently located really close to one of the main trolley stations, a Denny's, Sombreros, 7/11 and an AMPM which are all -as we know- open 24 hours... Mostly some kind of homeless shelter/rehousing program. Most complaints are about various bugs. Great off the beat location though. I never stayed there. It's right where the Denny's is lol
