ROOMS INCLUDE ROKU SMART TV + LOCAL CABLE, STAINLESS STEEL APPLIANCES, AND FREE WIFI. ROOMS DO NOT INCLUDE BUGS, RATS, OR DIRTY LINEN. The owner double rented my room, I payed 850$ upfront for a month and just because he didn’t see anyone there for 2 days instead of calling me, decided to rent my room out, then when I got to my room, he said he cannot put me in another room and would not refund my remaining 10days. He made racist remarks about my employees. He’s also had a man committed to behavior health that couldn't speak English so he wouldn’t have to pay him. Everyone that is a business owner I’ve spoken with after my experience with him refers to him as a snake. Be aware of who you do business with. I pray the man who works for him upfront doesn’t end up on his bad side. I can only imagine what he would do to him.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. There is nothing but addicts running around. Told owner we had a rat and nothing was done for it. The sheets and towels were all stained and old. Housekeeper never came by room unless she was trying to collect money or gossip about other people’s business.

Looked into this hotel for my husband to stay at for work. When he got there he said if he had a pet roach he wouldn't let it stay there. Columbus inn is down the road and not much more expensive.

Clerk is rude, no Wi-Fi & no dish or cable to watch tv and rooms are unsanitary. The clerk won't do refunds. Just desperate for a quick buck.

Bed bugs, roaches,owner won't fix anything. It's a horrible place. I worked there over a year for$10 a day plus half my room rent working 12-24 he's a day. He doesn't appreciate anything.

I was trying to help someone out and buy them a room for the night. The person who answered the phone cut me off when I asked how much a room was. She said they don’t do business over the phone and to find out their rates I’d have to go inside to their office. She was very rude, didn’t want to rent their rooms I guess. Don’t do business here, you won’t have a good experience.

Stayed here for a couple days , got ate up by bed bugs do not stay here !!!! I will be contacting the health department
