Paco and Aaron were the REEL deal! These boys meant business. Picked our group of 6 up in the morning and headed straight out to their secret spot. Before we knew it, FISH ON! This was a catching day, not fishing. Everyone in my group got 2 fish in the boat. Talk about a great day! We hardly had time to eat the delicious breakfast burritos they brought for us as we were too busy reeling in fish after fish. We mainly caught Yellowtail but got 2 Seabass as well. After everyone was satisfied, they took us to the most beautiful, remote white sand beach to snorkel and hangout. We enjoyed a couple cervezas and then headed back to the resort. They spotted a bunch of dolphin pods and even 2 humpback whales!! All around a phenomenal day out on the ocean with 2 rad guides. HIGHLY recommend.

The icing on the cake was how helpful they were processing the fish, vacuum sealing it all, freezing it, packaging it, and then dropping it off at the airport for us to take home! We managed to bring 50lbs. of fishing back to Montana. Thank you doesn’t even cut it.

Captain Vernie and Deckhand Nick were amazing guides on the clearwater. Had us on the fish all day long doing several diffrent types of fishing, from drifting ,to bobber, and then some good ole plugs .Cant thank them enough for the experience and the great lunch they served. Would recommend this crew they are on it.

My son and I only had one day to fish in the Lewiston area and we called Reel Time. Toby was an amazing captain and put us on the fish. My son caught the biggest fish he’s ever caught in his life (36” and 17 lbs). We learned a lot, enjoyed the day, caught fish and had an amazing time. Thanks Toby!

We've been with Reeltime a bunch from Dworshak with Jeff, to the mouth of the Deschutes with Toby, and a pile of trips on the Clearwater and Grande Ronde with Travis, I can't say enough about these guys. Great personalities, they share info as you ask, and work hard to put you on fish. Yes, going on a guided fishing trip is expensive, but there are only so many opportunities in the guide biz to earn a paycheck and they're a small family-owned operation who take care of their employees and serve their clients. When I ask Travis for his recommendation for when/where to to book, I get an honest answer and not someone just trying to fill their boat.
Now the downside.... I feel like a bit of a pansy sometimes having my leaders tied, hooks baited or sitting idle as Travis jumps out of his raft into the Grande Ronde to pull it and two capable men through the shallows so we can carry-on fishing... but it's just how they roll. Seeya again on Monday!

Vern and Nick are high quality individuals with character and being good examples of a true sportsman and conservationists. They worked hard to provide us a great day of catching. I've had burgers on trips but we had bacon, eggs and hashbrowns..!! A very nice touch. They worked tirelessly covering the river and by my account, we had 16 hook ups..!!

Had an amazing time fishing with Jim Reno for steelhead on the Clearwater out of Orofino. He put us on fish 3 out of the first 4 casts and the boat ended up landing 9 that day! I’ll definitely be back and asking for Jim!

Trip of a life time! Did the Sturgeon bass combo trip with Tobey and Brett and it was everything you could ask for! We landed a 9 foot 2 inches and a 7 footer and probably close to 30 bass with lots of meat to bring home! Tobey was a 10/10! From his experience to his skill level as well as the bacon cheese burger for lunch! This was my second trip with reel time did the steelhead trip in January and about to book my salmon trip for mid May! If you’re looking for a quality guide service these are the guys!!
