We loved everything about this resort! When we checked in we were helped by the sweetest woman, Vanessa. She made us feel so welcome with a big smile on her face! We received a welcome bag with a complementary mini bottle of champagne. We booked the two queen bed, ocean front room, and I was blown away with the views! Nice spacious balcony! I loved the layout of the room. Aveda amenities which added a nice touch! The resort and grounds itself were beautiful. Very well maintained. All staff was so kind. A special shout out to Shanna by the pool! Such a lovely woman! I highly recommend this resort and will miss everything about it! Thank you, Reefhouse, for making our trip so special and memorable! ❤️

The resort was lovely. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. I'm like the princess and the pea. So, a comfortable bed is really important to me. The staff was very accommodating. I'm gluten free and found the resort menu a challenge. I'm a tea drinker and wasn't able to have tea in the room because the Nespresso machine only made coffee and not hot water. All in all it was a wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at the Reefhouse Resort! The property was sparkling clean and there was a lot to do, plus was very convenient to other businesses in Key Largo. Everyone we met on the property was very friendly and helpful. I loved the little touches in our room, including the folded towels and turndown service. All text communications were super-fast and efficient. We ordered room service one night and it came within 15 minutes - I've never had room service that fast! The pool area was lovely and the bar/food service was fast and efficient. Parking on the property was very easy. ||I had a massage and skin treatment at the spa which was heavenly. My therapist was very skilled and respectful, and gave me a lot of great info about what to do in the Keys.||We'd definitely stay again!

I have been to the Reef House several times and always enjoyed my visit, however this last trip could have been better. Overall, it was fine, but I was just there during the brush fires that closed US 1, and I feel like the hotel could have handled things better. We found out about the fires and road closure by a waiter at a local restaurant. When we returned to our room, the internet and tv were out. Had to call the front desk to find out the cable was out for the entire area due to the fires. Not the fault of the hotel, however I felt it would have been a nice gesture to offer a free drink at the tiki bar or some other small extra for the inconvenience of no tv for almost 24 hours (and , yes, I asked). Not having a tv wasn’t a big deal for us, but people with kids probably felt it in the evenings. Also, the fact that they made zero effort to let guests know about the fires and road closures wasn’t cool. Considering US1 is basically the only way out and if you didn’t know what was going on, there was a very good chance you would never make it out of the Keys in time for a flight home. They should have made an effort to let guests know what was happening. Thankfully we left a day early and spent the night in Miami. It took us 5 hours to get to Miami due to being caught in US1 being closed.

My husband and I decided on Reef House as a place to have a babymoon, celebrating the upcoming arrival of our first little one! The resort is beautiful and kept very clean. You can tell it’s a bit older, but very well-kept. The staff were generally friendly. We loved the pool and beach area, both were very relaxing especially with the live music in the afternoons. The food at Gus’s was good, but the service was a bit slow. We did appreciate having the breakfast deal where it was included in the price of our room, as well as the credits we could get for both dinner and for the spa. We did a couples massage, and while my husband said he got the “best hot stone massage ever”, my prenatal massage was just okay. My masseuse must’ve not read the questionnaire I filled out beforehand cause she missed some areas I thought she would get to. But it was still relaxing. My only real complaint was there were people vaping and smoking in public areas (the pool) and on their balconies. One night we couldn’t sit on our balcony cause someone was smoking in a room near us (which I don’t need to be breathing in being 6 months pregnant!) I also think the rooms could have been a tad cleaner and treated for bugs (we had some gnats). Overall it was a lovely stay and I would stay again.

We had a great experience at the Reefhouse. The customer service from Francine at the front desk was very high quality. We appreciated her help with questions, and for helping us get my purse back that I left accidently! All money intact! The spa was the best ever! Loved the massages. Very reasonable, too! Only one issue, they were out of coffee! We had to buy our own. We will be back!

We had a fantastic experience! The location was unbeatable, the rooms were spotless, and the grounds were beautifully maintained. There were countless amenities available to cater to every interest. This place will definitely top our list for our next family vacation! We can’t wait to come back!

When we arrived, check in with seamless. As I was arriving to the home hotel room, I lost a bag that broken on the ground and Chase an employee with the resort immediately offered to help me walk me to my room number two fifty one. Cause that only did he help me. He offered to grab me ice. Unfortunately, it didn't have a took for the young man. As I don't carry cash for a tip. The room was clean, and everything was working. Even had chocolate on the pillows, and a bottle of champagne was provided. There was a wet spot on the floor. Chase offered to send help up to see what was going on. Jesus came up ten minutes later. He was the engineer on the pm shift who offered to bring a wetvac instead, I just asked for a floor mat, and it worked out. The resort is awesome. The people are exceptional. I work with the wave runner, guys who were exceptional as well. Unfortunately, I know the age of the building and the proximity of the ocean. There may be no way to prevent a roach or two from appearing. I rated the resort a four because of the previous sentence. Otherwise, it would have been a 5. Thank you. Had a great time. The business affair reception hall food spread was great the breakfasts the conference room. THE RESTAURANT GUSS'S WAS EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you.
