I love this coffee shop! The ambience is perfect, it’s honestly the only modern cute coffee shop I’ve found in the area. I come here daily to work on my laptop. Great music, super sweet and helpful staff, and they don’t start cleaning early or rush you out when they close at 5pm lol so many cafes do that! It’s also family-owned, so I love supporting a small business. All around great place and great coffee and food!! they have some interesting creative drinks that I haven’t seen elsewhere. Highly highly recommend!

Redshift Coffee has hands-down the best cappuccino I’ve ever tasted—seriously, it’s unreal how good it is! I love that it’s so close to my Pilates studio; it’s become my little ritual to swing by after class. The location couldn’t be more convenient, and the atmosphere inside is just gorgeous—cozy, chill, and perfect for unwinding. The staff are always so nice, and every sip of that cappuccino reminds me why this is the best coffee spot around. If you’re nearby, you’ve got to stop in—it’s a total gem!

If you prefer somewhat sweet coffee or matcha drinks, you should try RAF, or Matcha flight. Their coffee beans are somewhat bitter taste, and match well with milk.

Their coffee was good that I even bought a bag of roasted coffee. Friendly Russian guy was their roaster and he knew his stuff. Limited baked goods but I’ll go back there just for their coffee.

From their modern decor to their talented barista, this roasted coffee heaven did not miss a step! I accidentally discovered Redshift coffee as I was driving through the area and desperately googled for a caffeine boost. Tired of the same old coffee shops, I decided to give this place a try because of their curious name and late hours. Nevertheless, they didn't disappoint! Immediately upon my arrival, I was greeted by the owner and ordered "Raf Coffee" with Salmon bagel, which caught my attention. Needless to say, their coffee was delicious. These guys truly know coffee! You could taste the difference in the craft, freshly ground beans, water heated to perfection, and flavors you can taste within the aroma. The salmon bagel was fresh, however, it had too much spread (based on my palate), and will consider to go light next time.
