We reserved a room fairly last minute after reading the reviews for another hotel that we had originally booked then canceled and I could not be happier that we came here. The rooms were so cozy and the bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept on. It has a great location and tons of awesome amenities- ours being the private dock! We enjoyed waking up to watching the sunrise on the lake and highly recommend taking advantage of that!! Also rooms had free coffee, hot coco, and a bag of popcorn which made us feel even more at home. 10/10

Our stay has been wonderful so far. The unit is clean and we love the view of the lake. It’s quiet and perfect for our family ski vacation. This resort is close to two of the ski resorts we’re going to. Great that Safeway is close by to pick up supplies and plenty of places to eat out if we don’t feel like cooking.

Stayed here with some friends and drove up with them for a quick break. The lodge is located right on the lake but with limited access during the winter.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet and functional. Nothing too fancy but if you want to spend some time at the Tahoe North Shore this is highly recommended.

Everyone has been amazing and has been so accommodating. My daughter was craving hot chocolate after coming back from a day of skiing and the front desk had maintenance bring some hot chocolate to our room. It’s the little things like that, that make us feel so happy to be here at Red Wolf Lakeside Lodge. Thank you for always taking care of us!

Great location, right on the lake with wonderful views from my unit. Great facilities and well equipped. Wonderful and friendly staff always willing to find way to help out and enchance your stay. Great General Manager, Erin, lead her property team well. We will return again for sure!

Fabulous location, well-maintained property, friendly staff, free guest laundry (free!). We tried the lakeside pool (great), lakeside hot tub (great), common-area outdoor gas fireplaces (great) and free kayaks (great). We had a queen Murphy bed which was comfy enough though in retrospect we wished we had opted for the 1-br suite instead (just personal preference). As there is no A/C our room got a bit warm during the heat of the days...so staff quickly brought a second fan for us. Also coffee is supplied for the 1st night only but there is a grocery store within easy walking distance. Wonderful experience overall. Recommended.

Beautiful property, lovely little beach. Very convenient location to everything that North Lake Tahoe has to offer. The only issue was the room temperature (very hot and could not turn the heater down or lower thermostat). We had to keep windows open all the time and we were still hot.
