1st time eating here. Order at the counter, pay first. Burger looked fresh, hand pressed 1/3# patties. The Monster Burger is huge. Loaded with the patty, turkey, pastrami, cheese, lettuce, tomato, and raw purple onion. The fries are amazing. The Works Wiz Cheese Steak is a very large sandwich, Loaded with meat, caramelized onions, mushrooms, cheese Wiz, and topped with melted provolone cheese. Service is not "fast food", we make everything fresh to order. You can get your food to go, or they have table service and they bring your order to you. It was a positive dining experience.

Place NEEDS A SERIOUS CLEANING specially the tables!!! Customer service is good with the exception of the owner, she is pretty rude. Why 3 stats, because the food is very good. I wish they would give the place a little better care.

Onion rings & shakes are amazing. The burgers are very tasty, too.
However, the price is quite a bit higher than Big Tom's. We ordered 3 upgraded combo's.
Great service.
Our cashier was absolutely adorable & super helpful. She was young with a little bit of blue in her short hair

Food was good for the price range. Service was slower than I’d expect based on how busy they were, which was not busy. I finished my food before my milkshake came.

First time taking the family there. People said they enjoyed it. Our cheese burgers were well cooked. Had a nice flavor, and the dipping sauce is delicious. Really enjoyed the crunchy fries. My turkey wrap was very big. It tasted nice. But it needed sauce. It was very dry. Our mozzarella sticks were not cooked enough. The cheese inside was solid, not melted at all. Personally, I feel they are extremely overpriced. We spent $64.00!!! Don't believe we will be back

Everything about this place is amazing! Burgers were huge and packed with flavor. Side order of fries were massive, fresh, and crunchy. The philly cheese steak was one of the best I've had. It was loaded with cheese. The employees were all very friendly. Awesome outdoor seating area. I just can't say enough good things about it.

Heard from a friend that the burgers were great here, had already eaten an early lunch so I stopped in for some onion rings, which according to Google reviews were really good.

Onion rings were terrible. The breading they use was completely separated from the onion on all but two of my eight (small rings, i.e. the middle of the onion) and were overcooked.
Now, I understand that food cost have gone up, but you just lost a potential customer by charging over nine dollars for eight medium to smallish onion rings. Onion prices ain't like eggs! I suggest weighing a portion of raw onion, and as an owner eat the portion provided on that scale and decide if it is something your customers would appreciate.

One of the most solid and perfectly proportioned burgers I've had in a while. Perfectly charred and very fresh. Fries were fresh and crispy, could've used a little more seasoning but still very good! Awesome little spot and definitely a go to burger spot for when I'm in the area.
