We were absolutely exhausted when we stopped in last night and Alexia made sure we we had what we needed at check in. Kristin was so sweet when we talked to her at breakfast and checkout in the morning. You can tell the hotel is being updated, and the progress they have made looks good. The bed was comfy and the blankets were just right. I would stay here again if I ever found myself needing a hotel room in Yuba City.

They charged a $200 deposit for the room, then after checkout they charged me another $143.00 saying we destroyed sheets and mattress pads.
They were not in good shape when we checked in. We got charged $343.00 in total for damage that was already done before we checked in. Also. Pets are supposed to stay free and they charged my card $120 for my cat that is crate trained.
Make sure you check your room before you settle in if you choose to stay here.(I wouldn't if I were you)
I contacted Red Roof inn corporate office and they said the motel has final say in the situation .
And be careful of all the homeless people coming to your door.
***Update***
So. After reading other reviews and talking to people I found out that they are constantly charging people for bedding and other things that they didn't destroy.

Rooms were ok. Didn't like when I had to see about my $150.00 deposit. For them to tell me I'm not getting it they said they had to deep clean the place it smelled like smoke then I said no we don't smoke then she said weed smell. My partner went outside Everytime. Look on the camera. Asked to prove it they can't. So in touch with the corporate office.

The guy that was working there when my friend and his 85 year old father tried to check in was very rude. Yes my friend looks like a biker but his father is a very clean cut man. I perpaid for the room but because my friend only had a bank debit card (his credit is perfect because he doesn't believe in buying stuff unless he has the money now) they were turned away and they refused to refund my money. I don't recommend using this place.

Positive: The bed. Very comfortable, clean & new. Great little fridge. Daytime front desk lady was very friendly and accomodating. Negative: It is not a hotel. It is a MOTEL. Comp Brkfst was weak. Can?t take food to room.Website should say remodeling. Bathroom was very old, paint peeling. Clean as is possible. Heater loud. Kept shutting off. Room cold. Will prob be nice when finished.

Peaceful Stay, clean environment. I will say all of the staff was very professional, courteous I wish I remembered all the names but I do remember Indie who was very helpful. I definitely recommend this place to stay.

Don't stay here with pets unless you want to be charged with a plethora of BOGUS charges. Terrible service at front desk, no housekeeping service, they don't understand English, rooms in need of many repairs, flooding and broken bathroom fixtures, broken heater, blurry television, plugs fall out of outlets. Management is obviously in another coutry (India) and is too cheap to make repairs. But they will lie and try to charge clients for their flooding issues. They tried to blame my Corgi and Chihuahua for flooding the room! Then tried to charge me for repairs! BS! WTF! Bad News Stay Away...
