I had a wonderful experience at Red Roof Inn, Sulphur Springs, Texas. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained, with a bright, safe, and newly renovated parking lot. The continental breakfast was simple but fresh and complimentary, a great start to the day. The rooms were spotless, and the customer service from the managers and staff was outstanding — very friendly, helpful, and professional.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sulphur Springs. You’ll feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of here!

The front desk was very nice and helpful. Our room was not the cleanest. I just wanted to sleep and get out of there. It had a semi continental breakfast just a few items.

Not American owned. Thin towels, and sheets. Stained. Filthy sliding glass doors. Trash in parking lot and a glove and tshirt right out the sliding glass door on the ground. Pillows very old.
Not at all the same quality The Best Western had before Red Roof took over. Stayed here for years in Sulphur Springs, will find a different hotel next trip.

We stayed there because it advertised as being newly renovated. The rooms were horrible, mold, bathroom door would not shut. No hot breakfast as advertised. Front door had a huge gap so you could feel the wind blowing through it. The door peep hole was drilled out and blocked. The owners should pay for an actual professional remodel or burn this place down and collect the insurance. We will never stay at a red roof in again.

Relatively clean. Wifi works but kinda slow and not with my company VPN. Shower gets hot in a decent enough time. Water pressure is good. Cheap.

just wanted to take a moment to shout out Leah, one of the most kind, helpful, and professional receptionists I’ve ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and stress-free from check-in to check-out. You can tell she truly cares about the guests and takes pride in her work. If you get the chance to stay here, I hope you’re lucky enough to be greeted by her smile , she’s the kind of person who makes you feel instantly welcome. The hotel is lucky to have her!

Very courteous employees. Reasonable prices. Swimming pool. Rooms were nice and clean and spacious. Next time I'm in the area, I'll will stay at the Red Roof Inn. The only complaint I have is that their continental breakfast could be better.

Check in was easy, breakfast sucked(coffee, and a small box of breads, small cerials in a dispenser, milk, and juice). Lots of odd traffic in and out in 10 minutes all night long, someone at 2am racing a straight piped Harley at full throttle through the parking lot likes it was Daytona Speedway, Bathroom door barely hanging on, towel rack and shower rod about to fall off the walls, used the toilet and it's barely attached to the floor, shower kept dripping, Cable channels would not work( it had the title info), pillows are 1/2 sized pillows. 1 washcloth for the two of us? Two towels? All sheets and pillows need to be replaced!! It's a good $70 a night "Motel". If this is what "Red Roof Inn, is becoming then it will be the last time I stay at one. Yes the light was on, however we should have kept driving!!!
